Brought it out one time
Edit: customer service was fast and responsive to the matter. They made it right. So with that Iâm giving 5 stars because most companies hardly even reply back. Also the rest of the tool seemed to function as it should.Took it out one time the axe seemed to be ok but the shovel. Well it lasted less the then 4 holes. Holes were about 6 maybe 8 inches deep. And the threads stripped and not repairable it even stripped the threads inside the handle. For $70 I think it was a waste of money TBH.

Shovel part great, axe loosened up but install a bigger o- ring no more loosening, works like it needs to you will have to sharpen it to make it ideal. Making kindling for fire good. Quality above the norm so far,Fire start work but use a lighter,A lot bigger than expected witch is awesome.Will work in a pinch.

I purchased this survival kit for my brother who spends the majority of his free time outdoors and camping~The material quality and craftsmanship surpassed my expectations!Super cool, very versatile and extremely useful kit! an awesome gift idea.it came in a durable, perfectly sized pouch with strong handles; designed to grab it from the back or carry it from the top with a handy pocket in the front too.Amazed at how compact everything interchanges, fits, and folds up into it. Packing it for trips is effortless.The ultimate survivors set!The very sharp knife also acts as a bottle opener.The mini ax/ hammer is solid~ has some really good weight to it and works well for splitting wood.The handle is nicely coated for safety and comfort.This set is well worth the Price!I plan on buying another for my father in law on fatherâs Day!

Was great on my camping trip
I took this with me in my camping trip and it was truly amazing. I really liked how everything fit into such a small bag. Yet the tools are very large and comfortable to use. I was expecting to get a tiny shovel. But this kit comes with a shovel with a giant sized head. Like you can easily dig a shelter with it. The axe too. Was nice and strong and worked really well. The compass definitely saved me. And the whistle too. But the main part was the flint rod and knife. I keep cotton balls In the extra pockets. Which it comes with a lot of them. And that made it really easy to start a fire the axe made it easy to get fire wood and it kept me warm all night. It had a carry strap so it was easy to carry. And although I didn’t have the opportunity to use the glass breaker yet. I know it could definitely come in handy.. 5 stars.

Weak tool.
The shovel is not sturdy at all. I’m a 5’3″ woman and I broke it like the 3rd time I used it. Knife is very dull. The concept is cool but the quality needs a lot of improvement. Of course I’m past the time to return it.*EDIT* I was contacted by customer service about my review. They handled this situation well. The warranty department service was excellent.

I haven’t put it to use yet but so far impressed with the quality of the product. Will update this review after we use it when we go camping over the weekend.So, after taking it camping with us and putting it to use, the initial impression remains. Shovel works as it should. The axe is a bit too light to be used for chopping firewood but is sharp enough to chop smaller wood. Hammer works well. Whistle works as it should. Included knife is passable but have not yet put it to use along with the other add ons.Overall, I will recommend this set!

Have been very surprise with the quality and use for nearly all of the equipments that came with it. The flint don’t work and the knife came as used from the box wich is unfortunate but didn’t mind as i have other ones i prefer. The compass don’t seem to work either if i compare it with other ones i use. The rest of the gear came in excellent i couldn’t of asked for better, i really recommend this product i was excited to show friends and family !
