A lovely innovation!
Where have these been all my life? What a lovely innovation for a constantly used kitchen item! Porous and absorbent like a sponge, flexible and far-reaching like a dish cloth, clean-rinsing like a coiled metal scrubby, and disposable like a paper towel (completely decomposing in a compost bin, too, and yet lasting for weeks before composting unless it gets too grungy to want to keep that long), this mighty but delightful little cloth, sold in a pack of 10, has revolutionized my experience in the kitchen. My helper, who loves cloths but leaves grungy ones draped to dry over my sink when she departs, screwed up her face dubiously upon first seeing these but now uses them regularly and finally asked, a little wistfully, where I got them so she could try some at home. We’re still on our first here, and it’s still pristine and gorgeous, despite regular use, but I love knowing that I can afford to discard it if needed and that it is a biological product that completely decomposes without living for years in landfills. Wow! Gorgeous colors, too. Will buy regularly as this first package is slowly used up. A real transformation for me. Get those grungy sponges and dishcloths out of your kitchen and enjoy a fresh new feeling!

Great for absorbing spills and wiping countertops
I purchased these cloths for the intention of wiping countertops and lightly soiled surfaces. They definitely work great for that. They are very absorbent and hold a lot of liquid, but also dry quickly which helps keep them from getting smelly in between uses. They do have some texture, but are not very efficient at scrubbing heavily soiled or dried, caked-on messes. I find instead that these are very useful for quickly wiping down countertops, the dinner table, high chair trays, and quickly absorbing toddler spills. They are in fact machine washable like the description says, although they do not look pretty at all once they’ve been laundered haha. But, they still wipe up spills fine. Right out of the package they had a slight egg smell? Kind of strange but the odor went away once they had been washed and used. The bright color options are also helpful for finding them in my cluttered towel drawer. I’m not sure how long each towel will last since they look pretty rough coming out of one washing machine cycle, but they are exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price, as an alternative to more expensive microfiber cloths.

Dries quickly
These are great for cleaning countertops and stainless steel appliances. No streaks. Very absorbent, rinse completely and dry quickly. Machine washable.

These worked very well and held up longer than most cellulose dish cloths I’ve used.

The reason I tried this product, was that the smell of washcloths before would get smelly or musty in a couple of weeks, so far no smell. Also really easy to clean, only issue I have with it is not the best for washing hands after(not what was intended for I think.)
