Took a while but worth it
Edit: not sure why or how but before we went to toss this we wanted givr it one more try one more time,to our surprise it turned on we updated it and it works perfectly nomksgging or anything. If u could give less than 1 star I would.My son got this for his birthday an it lagged really bad to the point it was hard to use. I took to long to return but Amazon was still going to accept the return until I realized my son lost the mouse. Now the 3rd time ever we went to use it and it doesn’t even power on.

stopped working after after 33 days
This was a fun little tablet. Needed something to check amazon and look things up.It worked well for the first few weeks then started to run slow – open slow and lose battery. I did not drop it – I did not run programs I couldn’t even get g-mail loaded on it. and one day it just wouldn’t turn on. I would certainly not buy this one again. I bought this tablet on February 28th and on April 1st. The return window closed on the 30th of March. Go figure.

It is always quicker than my ladies laptop so it’s in the air if it’s the crappy laptop or the crappy reception that gets the it done quicker with Prime, most likely it’s the lack of membership

I got my order today. The box was in great shape. Inside the box was a 10 inch tablet it keyboard that was very thin and lightly and a mouse you have to use your own batteries.Opened it up it worked great. Just need to charge it for one day, but Iâm looking forward to using it for my business.Highly recommend this computer. The only downfall is that the space in the computer you will need to use an external hard drive or store your documents on different device.

Keeps freezing and turning the screen black
I bought this tablet because my cat broke my old one. I am a digital artist that uses these kinds of tablets to draw. And since the screen of this one was bigger yet in my budget I bought is seeing as how it had plenty of good reviews. I started out not having many issues with this tablet just a few lags here and there until I spent a day drawing alot. I got about 9 hours into drawing when suddenly the entire tablet freezes and turned the screen black, ruining my progress on a design I needed for a game. This made me mad as I then had to turn off and back on the tablet and it deleted all my progress. Now today before I went into work I went to download a time laps video of my work and when I got home it did not save so i go to try it again and again the tablet lags out, turns off the screen and now I have to retry to download the video. My old tablet had no issues with any of this and has less storage and this tablet and a smaller screen. This is personally a waste of money yet I am stuck with this until I can buy a new tablet once again. I will atleast give it two stars since the charge is fine and atleast the screen turns on…..
