Stopped charging
The USBC charging port started loosening, slowing charging and becoming dependent on being kept perfectly still. Eventually the port became completely non-responsive, not charging at all. No guides available to self repair, so it’s a paperweight within months of purchase.

I think the tablet has a lot of great features that not a lot of tablets have. As well as I didn’t expect it to come in the case. I love the way the tablet works!no issues at all yet since purchasing it! I was a bit confused however, I looked up the mouse and it didn’t have any batteries inside. I didn’t know if it was supposed to have batteries inside of the mouse or in the box. But I found none. But over all I’m loving this tablet and it’s my favorite one I’ve purchased!

OK but SLOOOOOW
I got this knowing it was cheap and probably slow, but honestly, I figured it would serve our purposes, but it is SLOW! I got it for my kids for a school/learning app and the tablet basically makes the app unusable. The app can’t keep up with my kids on this tablet (for reference the app I was trying to use was the “Readablity” app) I should have listened to the reviews that said it was slow. I even tried adding an SD card to see if that would help- darned if I know if it actually did anything! However, it does run the ABC Mouse application for my kids; the start up is slow but once the app is running it seems fine. This tablet would be fine for browsing, YouTube, email and maybe simple apps like solitaire, anything beyond that it’s probably not good for

Mi hermana quedó en shock al verlo , fue regalo de su cumpleaños y le gustó mucho el color , tamaño, es práctico para uso de ella y sobre todo quedó facinada porque está más que completo el kit incluso te ahorras un buen si compras todo por separado ! El teclado carga rapido claro depende el uso que le den como es inalámbrico no se compara con otros pero está bello ! De lujo ! Y por otra parte la logÃstica llegó antes de la fecha mencionada , excelente servicio porque en todo momento el detalle de siempre tomarse de su tiempo para ir actualizando dónde iba la mercancÃa …solo me queda decir “muchas …muchÃsimas gracias!
