Stopped Working
I bought two of these one for my spouse and I. Both rings only worked intermittently out of the box and theirs completely stopped working after less than a month. The return window had just expired. However, upon contacting their great Customer Service team they were able to send replacements free of charge.

Attractive and Comfortable! Works
The ring itself is attractive and not bulky, and also comfortable.Programming was a snap.Why 4 Stars? I find I have to ‘wake’ up the car to open the door. That does create an event for the security camera to report, but as long as it is only one, you know it was when ‘you’ woke the car.All in all, glad to have it as a backup to my phone as I carry a very minimalist wallet and do not carry the key card….

Doesn’t work
Purchased my second ring after the first was lost and this ring was never able to be programmed to my Tesla Y. I wrote to the company to see if this was common and never received a response. Spent about $150 to have a useless plastic ring. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I needed this for my 2023 MY
I kept misplacing my key card that I usually leave in the garage. I don’t carry my phone or wallet while I’m home so the last time I used it I misplaced it and couldn’t find the card that I leave in the garage. I wish Tesla had tracking for the card. So instead of getting another card I decided to try the ring. The ring works great and I can not misplace it as I wear the ring on all the time. It is easy to sync to your car as long as you have your other card that came with the car when you bought it. I found it easier to unlock your car if you pull on the door handle first then wave the card or ring next to the B Pillar. DO NOT rub the ring or card onto the B Pillar or you might scratch the Pillar. All you need to do is bring the ring or card close to the Pillar after you pull on the door handle and it will unlock the door.FYI… if you use the card or ring to open the door, you will need to use the card or ring to lock the doors. It will not lock automatically if you have set it to do so. It only locks automatically if you used your phone to unlock.I wear it on my pinky ring. The ring is very elegant, comfortable and there is no need to carry a key card in my wallet anymore. My wallet is bulky enough. LOL

Worked fine, Not strong enough for my profession however.
While in one piece I had no issues with the ring working as a key when following the the right way to unlock, worked about as well as the cards tesla provides, so a bit of fiddling but seemed to work consistently. On this front I’d say the product worked about as well as I expected.Since it was ceramic I figured it would be strong enough to wear while working as an automotive technician. Well it made it about three months then today cracked in 4 different spots, no major impacts just wrenching I guess the pressure of turning bolts was just too much for it. Luckily I heard it crunching in my glove and removed it before it hurt me. The ring seems relatively strong and is probably fine for 90% of people but if you do heavy work with your hands it’s probably worth reconsidering.Long story short, the ring seems to work for what it’s advertised for, but I’m pretty bummed about it not lasting too long for my use case and don’t plan on re-purchasing currently since I don’t have faith it wont break again.

I had this for the last month or so and only missed it when I took it off and realized then I went to unlock my car that I had gotten so used to it that when I went to use it to unlock my car, it was still in my pocket and not on my finger. This ring looks great, is slim, and still works everytime when I tap it to the D Piller on my Tesla Model 3. I love it and think my wife may be thinking of upgrading her car to a Model Y, in part due to the fantastic accessories you can get for these cars and how much I love having this ring to unlock and drive my car!

Amazing product, great quality and so easy to use. It works flawlessly on my Tesla Y 2023 and a beautiful substitute/addition to the phone key, which annoys me most of the time. The only thing that I wish the seller would mention is that when the car is sitting there for some time, you have to wake it up prior to using the ring. Eg press the handle, as you can see it on my video. It took me hours of frustration to figure this one out after I found a Youtube video where a guy figured this out for everybody else. They should put it in the instructions as it might mislead some users into believing that the ring might not work all the time. In fact it does work all the time 100%. I love especially the easiness of locking my car every time I leave rather than using the setting on the phone. Thank you to the guys in Tbilisi, Georgia where it was elegantly crafted and to the sellers in US who did the product sale so easy and straightforward!

Looks good, comfortable to wear, Works every time, if car does not pick it up after it has been asleep then just try the door handle wakes the car up and picks up the ring easier.
