    Exciting recipes
    The book I’ve been looking for. I’ve always wanted to focus on more Mediterranean recipes and when I saw this I knew I had to get my hands on it. And it hasn’t disappointed! I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and I’ve tried a few recipes with more on my to do list. The recipes are flavorful, colorful, and so much fun to put together. My first recipes I did was the mushroom gozlene and oh my so so good, and I loved that she included the tortilla recipe for it. I also did the avocado hummus, didn’t even know you could make something so interesting and easy!! I also did the one garlic chicken meatballs and honestly can’t wait to make it again! This is definitely a book with recipes I’ll use over and over again! Thank you 😊

    Tasty, Nutritious, and good looking
    I have both books and cook from them or the website constantly. Some of the dishes we really use often are Greek Red Lentil Soup, Roasted Stuffed Delicata Squash,and Mushroom barley soup-which my husband can’t get enough of. Suzie’s hints and tips are wonderful, and her directions are quite clear. Try her Pea Salad with lime and ginger dressing. Her fish and chicken dishes are easy and really tasty. If you love this cooking and find it difficult to find the herbs or seasonings, some of them she tells you how to make and there’s always her store-with really fine products.

    Great cookbook!
    I follow this author and have tried many recipes online. Decided to purchase her cookbooks and so happy I did! Recipes are easy and always delicious! Ingredients are healthy and fresh and my family really enjoys them all!

    Great selection of Mediterranean dishes.
    I just received this cookbook and am very impressed. There are lots of beautiful photos of the Mediterranean fare inside. There is a nice selection and representation of Mediterranean dishes – all look so fresh and delicious. I can see why the Mediterranean Diet is considered the most healthy diet any of us can choose to follow. Can’t wait to get started cooking.

    Life changing
    Love love her 1st & 2nd book how easy it is simple to make recipes and don’t need to spend so much. It is a life changing for me thanks to my doctor who recommend it because of my thyroid condition and diagnose w fatty liver. After modifying my eating habits for 4 months with exercise now I can feel the difference & feel better as well. Continuing to educate myself on Mediterranean food I don’t see it a diet but lifestyle change. Especially when you don’t want to be taking medications whether for short or long time and there are alternative that you are able to try unless of course you did tried but your body don’t want to cooperate and you may need medication. For me I’m only taking thyroid med.

    Not simple or easy as stated on cover
    I rarely write a review, but unfortunately this recipe book is neither simple or easy. Simple to me is a recipe with no more than 5 ingredients, but the first recipe has two columns of ingredients. Easy should mean available ingredients and methods. Again the very first recipe has ingredients unavailable at my local store. So, unless you’re a master chef with a full staff providing support, I’d stay away from these complex and difficult recipies.

    This book was worth the wait in receiving! Suzy has put together a flavourful and tantalizing cook book filled with delicious mediterranean style dishes! Having tried 2 recipes now, I’ve got to say how impressed I am with how FAST these recipes come together! The dish pictured took less than 30 minutes from start to finish.I can’t wait to try more from this book!
