LOVE LOVE LOVE!
If you’re looking for a skin care bible, this is it! I have been listening to the podcast for many years now and was so excited to order this book and was NOT disappointed. So many amazing tips and advice from lots of professionals/influencers. This book is so aesthetically pleasing and a great staple to add to your book collection. I love how easy of a read it is and how you can open the book to any page and find a great tip. Highly recommend this book to anyone who is new to skincare or just looking to pick up some new tips and tricks to add to their routine.

This book is just GORGEOUS! Inside and out. Perfect for coffee table, book shelf decor, or styling your bedside table. The inside has beautiful details as well, super unique, complete with various pink pages and high quality photos of beauty gurus and products. Itâs broken down by chapter so you can easily navigate to each section based on your skin goals and interests. I think I especially love all of the fact that experts are included so you can really trust the information works and has been vetted by trusted sources. Very excited to use this book consistently as my skin changes and evolves. Definitely recommend!

Iâm an avid listener of Laurenâs podcast, sheâs a serious role model of mine so when I saw she was releasing this book I KNEW i needed it. This book is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, she was right when she said itâs perfect for a coffee table. Literally every influencer, derm, skincare guru etc you could think of is in this book and thereâs SO much information. Each page is as beautiful and informative as the next. Best part is itâs not super scientific and stuffy, itâs easy to read and digestible. I highly recommend this book especially if you love Lauren or are interested in skincare in the slightest

So Freaking good! I have been a fan of Lauryn and The Skinny Confidential for years. She delivers real deal content and doesnât try to push shit just to make money. From the Him and Her podcast to her social channels, blog, new ice roller, Elemis collab, 1st TSC book and now GTFOTS, LAURYN IS KILLING THE GAME!! This book is chic as hell, as so much content and looks good on your nightstand! I love that you can 1) Leave it out bc itâs so chic and 2) Flip to any page and read because she wrote it as a true coffee table book, not a start to finish book. Buy the book, trust me.

I love this book. It is exactly as Lauren describes- itâa fun, cheeky, and full of great information. I feel like it was written just for me- someone who is interested in skin care but has a super busy life, loves quick tips and tricks, and also appreciates viewpoints of both doctors and professionals as well as fun people with beautiful skin. So happy I found Laurenâs podcast and this book!

Valuable book
Good book. Lots of value which is why we go to Lauryn. Saves me a lot of time not having to research this stuff and I trust her. Literally a Bible for skincare and a lot of tips she hasnât mentioned on insta or the podcast. I thought she could have featured more black women/men. There is a lot of Asian representation, which was nice to see.

BUY THE BOOK!! Itâs thatâs simple. Itâs beautiful, pink, tons of gorgeous pictures and is filled with hot tips. This book is not your ideal âorganizedâ per say book. Itâs what she claimed it is, and easy open and flip to whatever page and you WILL find the skinny in skin care. Being a fan of Lauryn though, I knew this book would be amazing and beautiful. Definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in skin care!!

The book is certainly visually appealing. However, it is mostly interviews with influencers and other professionals. I found the info that was provided in each of the interviews to be conflicting. I’m also one for more natural beauty and don’t use conventional products with harsh chemicals, so if you are like me, I’m not sure how helpful it will be. A few good takeaways though…
