    Good Size, and great detail.
    It’s a good size and fits into my relatively small gym bag. Tbh, you could find an app that does that same thing, but writing things down with pen and paper gives me a tad bit more motivation because of the greater effort it takes.

    Nice for the price
    It does what you’d hope it would do; it allows you to journal your workouts, particularly reps and weight. My only critique, and it’s like this for all the journals I’ve seen, is I would prefer vertical logging versus horizontal. This would allow more room for those sets that exceed the number of entries provided.
