Where has this been all my life?
I strapped it across my abdomen. It blows a wonderful air on my chest, neck, and face. On low setting it is pretty quiet and strong breeze. It also works sitting on the table in front of my easy chair. High will cool from across the room. It is fairly loud on this setting but it really provides a strong wind. It is easy to carry. And came with two straps totalling over 50 inches (for us plus size). Easily charges from any USB power port. It is less intrusive than a fanny pack worn backward. It fits into a fanny pack I already have. The battery is strong and powerful.And the black version looks sleek and expensive. The convenience is well worth the price.

Covert Wind Storm
If i’m being honest, i didn’t know portable, wearable AC existed. I looked into because i was desperate to find a cooling solution for my upcoming adventure to North Americas largest Rave (EDC Las Vegas). From having gone many times before i knew it was going to be even hotter this year. Due to my outfit i knew i needed something that offset the amount of heat it was going to generate. I came across many other portable AC/wearable fans but this one got my attention. The reviews spoke for themselves already. And it definitely is as good as people say it is. Its phase change material definitely keeps itself cool against your skin, which is a wild new experience i didnt know i needed. It definitely BLASTS air on its highest setting. The battery is more than enough. I went 8 hours using it each night at the Rave going between different speeds. It did not die. The strap is elastic and comfortable under or on top of clothing. You may have to position it a little differently if youre wearing something baggy if you plan to have it underneath.If thats not a good enough sign for you to buy this then i dont know what will be. Very good product.

a cool idea
Overall, it’s a cool idea (see what I did there), but think about “how” you expect to use it. I also tried the Coolify2 neck cooling device.First of all, this is a portable fan rather than the thermoelectric (primary) cooling of the Coolify2. It does have a pouch containing a layer of heat-sensitive gel that goes against your body, but that part is a less effective way to move heat- and only works when it’s against your skin.Different ways you might wear it that DIDN’T work for me:* On your lower back over your clothes: No cooling effect since evaporative cooling requires blowing over your skin, and the fan is too small to really cool the back of your head (and it’s probably angled wrong for that). The gel isn’t in contact with your skin either.* On your waist over your clothes: Similar, but a little more useful since your head sticks out more in front, you might catch a slight breeze. But barely enough to be worth the effort. if you have a gut, it’s in the way. Oops.* Under your clothes: Kind of like flapping your shirt to cool off. If there’s enough room to get some airflow, it might help, but again it’s evaporative cooling, so it needs to move the moisture off your skin, which it can’t do without sufficient airflow.* Over your clothes across your upper chest: Now we’re talking… or we’re not, because it’s surprisingly loud when it’s less than a foot below your ears. Quite the awkward look, but you get a nice breeze on your face/chin. But too loud, even on the lowest setting.* Across your belly: Nope, if you have any kind of a gut, it’s uncomfortable and will mis-angle the airflow.* As a portable fan (not worn): Not powerful enough and negates the point of its minaturized design. Get a camping fan.One way that DID work:* On your bare skin: This was the only mode that worked. Worn across my lower back (shirtless), on a sweaty hot yardwork day, it actually helped by constantly cooling my skin as I worked. I was still hot but it added some comfort. The noise level is fine with the additional separation from myears. But note any bending or stooping changes the angle so it stops blowing on my skin.Mind, this is only effective if the dew point is sufficient for evaporation off your skin, and if you plan to be shirtless. Even so, I think the Coolify2 works better for the same uses (I tested on the same day).Other notes: USB-C based charging. thank you. Carry bag is included along with 2 lengths of elastic wearing straps. Since it straps on, it won’t fall off.Other thoughts: mine might have been a bad copy, but the last charge LED kept blinking after extended charging, so possible defect or charging issue. The power button (pictured) is also the intensity setting, and it’s sort of a pain to find it when worn behind you.For me, the Coolify2 is preferable in every case I would wear this product, and if it’s not on my person, I’d rather use a more powerful external fan (ie a camping fan).As much as I like the innovation of this fan, mine ended up going back because I couldn’t envision using it with any frequency. Go through my list and think about how you’d wear it before buying.

What did I just pay over $100 for!!?
Very disappointed in this. It is cheap and supposed to be able to wear underneath clothing but the fan sucks in your shirt which makes performance impossible. It also has to be put in freezer to be cold. Idk why I missed that in the description. Maybe itâs not in there. Definitely not worth the price.

Great product, good for outdoor
Great product, I’m usually super into outdoor jogging but it’s just too hot outdoors in the summer.This product is super windy and breezy and frees up your hands, which is so important for people who exercise and work outdoors! I can enjoy the exercise and it has a solid elastic waistband.And it’s also made of PCM material, so you can use it against your skin. I have sensitive skin, but I don’t have any discomfort with this Waist fan, it’s cold and very comfortable.The only pity is that it is not a hanging waist air conditioner, I will definitely buy this product if I can add a cooling sheet to it in the future, I can’t wait to recommend him to my friends.
