I am extremely satisfied with this indoor cam. I use it to monitor when the maintenance staff need to enter my apt whilst I am at work, and to keep an eye on my place. This cam has a very clear , HD vid stream, easy app control, WiFi cam is incredible deal especially for the price. $15 for this product is unreal. Has human detection, Night Vision, 2 way speaker, and mic relay. I use my micro SD CARD, if you want they offer a remote web / cloud storage service at extra cost. It is a nice option but I donât find the need for it. Also, you can purchase multiple cams and set them up on the app. Works great on my iPhone! I totally recommend this product. Donât be fooled by the âless popularâ brand name, this is a great INDOOR security low footprint security cam. It also features an easy navigation system within the app and intuitive control panel / dashboard. Features also include privacy mode. I HIGHLY recommend this security camera. Cheers!

Nice inexpensive camera! I recieved the camera quickly and set up was far easier than I thought it was going to be. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions and within 15 minutes I was able see the room on my phone. It has different settings you can set to notify you. The picture is clear and it has night vision as well. It has motion detection as well as facial recognition. You can also record. It would be great for security or it can keep an eye on your favorite pet. The size it perfect to put just about anywhere you can sit it anywhere or you can hang it on the wall. You will not regret your purchase.

Exceptional Camera with Amazing Features and Crystal-Clear Night Vision!
I recently purchased the Tapo home security indoor camera, and it has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is fantastic in both 720p and 1080p, and the ability to switch between resolutions is a nice touch. I usually keep it on auto, but both look much better than I expected.The motion detection is spot-on, even on the lowest sensitivity setting. It still picks up movement that other cameras would miss, which gives me extra peace of mind. Night vision is also very clear, and Iâve had no issues with it so far.One of my favorite features is the baby crying detection. It even picked up my dog whining when I was late getting home from work and couldnât feed her on time. I love that even the slightest sound triggers an alert on the default settings.The app is super easy to use, and installation was a breeze. I also purchased two Amazon Basics micro SD cardsâone for this camera and one for another model I boughtâand they work perfectly.The only downside is that my dog kept triggering the people detection feature, so that part could use some improvement. Still, I plan to buy more cameras for other areas of the house. Overall, this is a great product!

Wanted a camera to keep an eye on my house and to check on my elderly grandmother staying with us while Iâm in a different room. We got one for the kitchen and it works so well we ended up buying more for the rest of the house. The video quality and night vision are really great even compared to more expensive cameras we have. The only con I found is that you have to buy cloud storage but I feel like thatâs almost any camera you get now. Totally worth the price and will be purchasing again in the future.

Would buy this product again. I love the audio two way built-in microphone, night vision period. It Has very easy instructions, not complicated. Love the look and the size for all the features it has. Like the swivel sitting on the stand. I like the wall mounting feature thatâs pretty cool. I love the size for all the features it carries. Satisfied with all the features 1080 P full high definition, motion detection, cool alarm system that triggers sound to frighten unwanted visitors, night vision up to 30 feet, love two-way audio for communication and built-in microphone and speaker, send moments with loved ones, save moments and can set up within minutes. Would buy again because it has all I needed. Very satisfied with Tapo.

I bought this product to supplement my home security and I don’t use it as a baby monitor. I did try it to see if it would detect baby crying. It does seem to work. Plus it works well in my window and hangs upside down in just the way I need, at just the right angle, in order to get a view of the of the driveway outside and with a way to limit the alarm trigger response. It does not work with 5GHz though; only 2.4.

This little camera is perfect for any room. It has simple set up instructions and app use on my cellphone. Its base isn’t stable if you tilt it as you see in my pic (I have an extra large binder clip attached to the base to keep it from falling forward) this inexpensive camera is good for the purpose I use it for (watching what my very anxious rescue dog while I’m away) I like being able to talk through the camera to my dog whenever I see her. It has all the features that most home security cameras offer, just priced much less.

The photo you see is from the Tapo app, taken at night, during a fairly heavy snowstorm in Quebec Canada ey! The camera is setup in the bedroom, so picture is seen through a window, not bad ey! I also own an Ezviz indoor camera(CN6060 I believe) setup through a window also, but the light on the camera reflects in the window so I can’t see anything at night.Tapo says night vision extends to 30 ft, but as you can see, houses on the other side of the street are at least 75 feet away and you can still see them, although I am sure streetlights help a lot. Night detection is 30 feet, maybe more. I set up the camera to detect persons only, and it works fine as long as persons step on my property. It does detect some persons on the street, if they walk on my side of the street.Audio is decent too, have not really used it, but did hear my wife that was standing at least 15 feet away from the camera. She made me turn audio off, camera is in the bedroom after all! :- ISetup is very easy, done in 10-15 minutes on both iPad and iPhone. This thing is so light, I taped it to the top of the window, upside down, adjusted the angle, reversed the picture in the app and I was done.You can view the camera feed on a computer through VLC media player (VideoLan, it’s free to download). You need to setup a separate, free Tapo account account for this, I have read somewhere in the Tapo help that you can do everything with one account, but it did not work for me. Doc should be made clearer about this. After 3 days, the feed does not show on VLC anymore (still works fine on iPhone and iPad), but I will reboot eventually and it will probably work again. I need to input username and password in VLC everytime I want to see the feed, maybe I will dive into the VLC help and automate this.I have bought a micro SD card (128Gb max for this model) and will install it soon. Doc says that if you put in a card, the feed to external device (VLC in this case) will not work. I hope this is not the case, will see.Best part is that no membership is required. You get a 30-day free trial, but external feed will not work with membership or free trial, so I cancelled it before trying it out, so I can`t comment on membership.There is a 2K and maybe even 4K model of this camera, but since I own over 20 smart devices, my Wifi is not as fast as it used to be, Full HD is enough for now.This is a great camera, even more so if you’re new to smart devices. I will probably buy a few more soon, especially if it stays or goes on sale again. ”Alexa, show me camera two”!Update Jan 23rd: Viewing the camera stream through VLC Media player stopped working after 2-3 days, VLC cannot connect to the camera. I setup Agent DVR free software instead and it works OK, but the picture is a bit grainy, but it does record detected persons automatically.Update Jan 28 2024: I have seen a review that says you have to pay the subscription fee for motion detection to work, this is not true. Motion detection (I set it to person detection only) works fine, I get a notification on my phone (see photo in french cause my iPhone is set to french) when a person is detected.

Only issue some times while reviewing the recording in app you find few seconds of interrupted like cutter off recording ! Not much of deal for me as I use it internally so I know what it missed !

Muy buena cámara, tiene buenos funcionamientos, tienes buena calidad en imagen, la visión nocturna es buena. Cuando configuras la detección de movimiento, solo grava la detección, por periodos de segundos. tiene una alarma en caso que veas algo sospechoso y quieras espantar a los intrusos. Se las recomiendo. el único detalle es que no tiene la opción de girar, pero tiene buen Angulo.
