Protection from sun AND wind – what could be better?
I have vertigo if I am in the wind, plus my eyes are sensitive to the sun. This hat is the perfect solution for me, much better than having to wear a hat AND ear muffs (which was always a source of amusement for my middle school students for some reason.) When I am outdoors with this hat, I can wear the ear flaps up or down as needed so I have protection from both.The hat fits very well and is stretchy and comfortable. I like it so well I ordered two more. I just wish they offered more colors, and Iâd probably get more!

Great quality hat!
This hat is perfect for the colder months, whether on a walk, running errands, or outdoor running (what I use it for most). The ear flaps can be folded up if you get too warm. The fold/hole in the back allows room for a ponytail, and the brim has a reflective stripe for visibility. The brim does what a brim does, keeps sun/rain out of eyes. I hear compliments in this hat and recommend to anyone! Cozy, versatile, and good quality, it has lasted years for me.

I would say it is a little bit goofy looking, but it’s also really awesome. It fits great. On those cold days when my head is cold, it works great. Keeps my ears warm, and my ponytail doesn’t get crushed in a normal hat.

Love this hat!
I bought this hat for a trip to China in the winter and it was so warm and comfy. Unfortunately I lost it on the trip and was so upset since it was such a great find. I tried finding a replacement to use for the rest of my trip and no one had this kind of hat with the ponytail opening and ear covers – not even in China. The only reason Iâm rating it 4 stars is the price seems too high in my opinion. If the price doesnât bother you itâs a great find for these features.

I bought this hat for our Colorado trip to the mountains to ride four wheelers. This hat kept my ears warm the entire time! I wore this hat the whole trip! Best hat hands down, especially in the winter to keep your ears warm!!!BUY the hat!!

Love this hat!
Fits perfectly!!! Love the coverage (I have very long hair and wear it in a pony when walking) and I love the way it looks. It’s so comfortable (unlike others that are too tight at the lower edge near ears and face), that I hardly know I’m wearing it. I intend to use it during cross-country skiing this winter, too.

Warm and versatile
This hat is amazing in really cold weather. Aside from loving taking walks in below freezing weather, I am also an Equestrian, and this hat comes in so handy, when working around the barn, or walking to paddocks to turn horses out. And whether the flaps are up or down, it manages to look cute. I get so many compliments on it, and have gifted it a lot!

I have two pairs of TrailHeads mittens and absolutely love them. I wanted to give this hat a try for cold weather running in lieu of wearing a regular cap with a headband underneath. Unfortunately, the fit was really weird on me. It was kind of big and wide at the brim, and very unflattering. I had to return it.

Ich liebe diese Mütze! Bequemer Tragekomfort, hält den Kopf trocken und die Ohren warm. Zudem passt die Qualität, die Mütze ist hochwertig verarbeitet und das Material ist auch im Dauerregen widerstandsfähig. Da ich eine Brille trage, war ich an Regentagen immer genervt von langen Gassirunden, in denen ich nach einer Minute nur noch verschwommene Sicht hatte. Die Mütze schützt das Gesicht sehr gut und man wird in der Sicht nicht mehr eingeschränkt. Würde sie immer wieder kaufen, da sie mir hervorragend durch die letzten, nassen Monate geholfen hat 🙂

So far I really like this hat. I have a somewhat small head and it fits tightly (but not too tight) – no floppiness. There is an elastic inside the brim (see final photo) that seems to help keep it in place. It’s maybe a titch big for me and sits a tiny bit little lower over my eyes than I’d like. The elastic in the brim leaves a bit of a mark on my forehead after wearing it for a while, but it does keep things in place.The fleece is very thin so it’s not super-warm. The ear-flaps are doubled-up fleece so a bit thicker. A strong cold wind goes right through the hat and ear flaps, so it’s not great in cold winds. The rain also soaks through the thin fleece quickly. The flip side is that the thin fleece isn’t too hot.Some people have said it’s a funny-looking hat but I actually quite like how it looks. 🙂
