Not too small…
I was a little concerned about buying this because there were several reviews saying it was too small. After looking at the dimensions I gave it a try anyway.In my opinion, I don’t think it’s too small. For perspective, the tree in my photo is almost 2 feet in diameter and the buoys are typical lobster/crab trap size.I did use longer, stainless steel screws rather than the ones provided as they would have been, on a rough barked tree like this one, way too short.All in all, I’m very happy with the appearance and size.

Very cute idea
The eyes nose and mouth are a little small but I bought them initially to put into a thin tree in my yard.Weâre having a Lord of Ring party and I wanted to have some ents as part of our decor. When the package got here I started to worry about putting screws into a live tree so I choose to place them in this dead palm tree instead. Not sure if they will stay here but I like them so far. One of the eyes did lose its back where the screw goes but I just popped it back on,I will definitely need to glue it back on.

Lost a large long limb
Was plastic no worries there but way smaller than shown. It also lacked dimension and sharpness. I also had to pick it up and put back on attachment included, on the spot several times. Finally gave it away & had the face put in the tree w/chainsaw & varnished it. For the price it was ok for what it was.

Fun and amusing.
Hung our face on a backyard tree with the help of my granddaughter. She loved deciding which tree and how the face would look. The pieces just slide onto screws, so hopefully theyâre secure enough. It looks great and so whimsical. Weâll be getting more.
