This is perfect, soft and warm.
Iâve been looking for a warm short sleeve undershirt to wear under a scrub top in the OR for a long time, and I finally found it. This is it. Itâs freezing cold in the OR and almost all warm base layers are long sleeve, which you canât wear under a scrub top when scrubbing in for surgery. This shirt is as soft and warm as most long sleeve base layers. Iâm going to buy some more of them while theyâre still available. I usually wear a medium but bought a large on purpose for a more comfortable fit, and itâs perfect. Itâs still snug but not too tight for all day wear. If you want a compression fit then buy your exact size.

Very good base layer
These shirts have a fleece lining on the inside. They keep you warmer than a regular shirt. These are similar to Under Armour “Cold Gear” base layer shirts, but these are less expensive. The UA Cold Gear shirt feels a little thicker than the TSLA shirt. I wear a small regular cotton t-shirt and the medium TSLA base layer shirt fits me snugly but not doesn’t confine movement. I probably could fit in a small and be ok, but the tight compression would have bugged me. If you don’t want a snug “compression” fit, you may want to go two sizes larger than what you regularly wear.

Excellent for golf
It’s winter in NC and we still like to play early. This is great as a first layer on 3 or 4 layer mornings.

Effective thermal. Very warm, but not suffocating.
I was somewhat skeptical about these thermal t-shirts when I received them. They seem quite thin and they are also a bit on the small side. I run small-medium and I needed a large. It is skin tight except for the arms, which are slightly looser. I used this twice for biking on not so hot days (50F). They kept my torso warm while allowing the sweat to evaporate. I wore under my usual riding t-shirt (Mountain biking that is). I used them twice and they are really effective. I will also use them for running and road riding. Just great for layering under summer clothes when the weather turns.Major pros:- They seem to be pretty wind proof when underneath an athletic t. For example, during descents they do not let any wind through (that cold sweat feeling is the worst).- They are not too hot, so during climbs or runs, they do not feel like they suffocate you.- Level of warmth is on par with much thicker fuzzy vests.Minor con: the sleeves are looser than the rest for no particularly good reason.

works in alaska weather
This is this third shirt I bought. I buy them as undershirts for work out of Alaska. they are impressive as far as keeping you warm. they are a bit on the high price side, but they deliver. they also run a bit smaller. I’m average athletic fit and they still feel somewhat snug. i highly recommend them for the cold.

great shirts for the money
These are surprisingly warm for the weight and cost. I won’t give a temperature range because that is too subjective. Great for a first layer. There are a lot of conflicting reviews on sizing so let me provide my experience. I wear a large in almost all tee shirts. I have some UA compression tees also in large. The large in this shirt is a perfect, tight fit. As others have pointed out this is a compression fit, it is supposed to be tight. (see below) The colors are great for wearing under colored, collared shirts so I don’t have a white tee shirt sticking out at the neck, (I don’t like v-necks and I don’t wear wife beaters. The colors and the fabric have held up well so far with a warm wash, hang dry after sweaty workouts. One note: if you are used to an actual compression feel such as UA, then these feel looser. If you haven’t worn true compression gear then this is tough to explain. It fits the same but the fabric does not stretch and compress as much. Not a criticism, just an FYI.

bad material
fits perfectly but the fabric isn’t great. seams on the back near the shoulder ripped after only one wear.
