Definitely worth the detangling and installation
Bought 3 light sets. One for a 6â9â W window and 2 for a 13â W glass sliding patio door. This review, photos and videos that Iâve included are for my 6â9â W window only at this time. I may update it later for the glass patio sliding door.For the record, I have the wrong sheer curtains for this window to achieve the look I expected and what was promised. My sheers do not hang with pleats like the image of the product image. Instead they just feed through a rod bar and bunch up together. Perhaps if I added another panel to the rod bar I might be able to get more pleats but still not so well (but Iâll certainly add another panel (a 3rd) to this window later to see if I can get it closer. I do think to achieve this look, a traverse curtain rod with pleated sheer curtains is most necessary.Letâs begin: The hardest part of putting these lights up are untangling them and mounting them at a perfect spacing. I followed the instructions by first plugging them in (before detangling them and or removing any wire packaging) to ensure they all light up. The next step I took while they were plugged in was to detangle them without removing the string wire for each bundled string line. I laid them on the floor and just detangled the main line. See pic. Once they laid out detangled by the main line, I proceeded to hang them up with the lines still bundled up in tact. Iâm lazy and did not want to measure between each string drop of lights to make my markings first. So instead, I grabbed the main line string, a hammer and nails and put up the first bundled notch with a nail in my wall just behind my rod so itâs hidden. Then I pulled the main line gently straight and inserted a nail in between the little notch in the main line at the next string and repeated these steps until the end of the main line string. That was the toughest part and I hated doing it but hoped it would be worth all the trouble. With a pleated sheer type curtain whether through a ring hole rod curtain or a pleated traverse, you are instructed to lay each string over and into each curtain pleat. I couldnât do that cause I donât have pleats. My sheers just gather some because I bought the wrong ones. The look after my work was still beautiful. And Iâm happy with them.They shine bright. My two videos are of the Slo Glo mode and the sequence. I strongly suggest you follow the instructions as I did to at least detangle the main line first with the string lines still bundled up.My glass patio sliding door has a traverse rod curtain system and Iâm waiting for my pleated sheers to come in. Iâm hoping that I got it Wright and the look will be the desired look where I can install these the way the instructions state (lay each line in between pleats) and post an update with pics on the outcome.Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays. Perfect!
loved using these lights for my sister’s birthday party! they were a bit difficult to unravel and sort out. before unraveling it, i would first pin the main strip to the wall to avoid tangling, then unravel each individual string of lights. don’t make the mistake i did and save your time and energy! otherwise, the final product turned out beautiful and the blue color really set the mood. i also loved the different light he controls. made for the perfect backdrop!

Super cute and super reliable
I bought these for decor and lighting in my room, and no joke, they lasted me two years. I forgot to turn them off before bed all the time – they are super resilient! Gave my room such a nice aesthetic, the warm light was just perfect. Remote made it easy to control from my bed or desk, though I did lose that a fee months after my purchase lol. Definitely recommend this item, the lights are so pretty and they went so well with my hanging vines. Might buy again now that my old ones stopped working!

These lights are so so pretty!! I am in love they definitely give character to my room im so so happy with them!! They come with plenty different mode settings which is very nice. At first to turn them off I would unplug them but after fidgeting with the control box for a bit I realized that id you hold the button for a couple seconds they shut off instead of having to unplug them off the wall, i know that could be hassle! I just wish there was a way to dim the brightness, theyâre a tad bright in my room, could be just cause my room is small, but thatâs just me if there were to be any modifications to them, all that aside itâs a great buy and will enjoy them!!

Very pretty with one major flaw
I like these lights a lot, but they have one big problem: there’s no way to turn them off. You have to unplug them to get them off, and that is a hassle especially since the plug is very tight and hard to pull out of an outlet. I’m shocked that there is no “off” function in the controls, as it seems a rather elementary assumption that one would be able to turn them off. This is sloppy design, and disappointing since otherwise, it’s a very nice product, perfect for the spot I chose. I can’t understand why this function wasn’t added to the controls. I wish I could give it five stars, but considering I have arthritis, I’m going to have to find a extender that will allow the plug sit a bit more loosely so they can be turned off without my having to ask someone to come over and do it for me. :(Update: The sellers contacted me with concern and we had a nice exchange. I’m changing my rating to 4 stars because they were so attentive. 🙂

Bright and Fun!
These lights have several different modes of blinking or just on. They are long in length and the top in width. Easy to hang with tacks or nails, and cute over tapestries, beds, or behind a TV. Lights do not overheat and have an easy button turn on system.

Great ambiance
We bought these for my daughterâs dorm and they give a perfect color and ambiance. She uses it for subtle lighting and the bulbs work great. We are happy they plug in and no need to worry about battery life. Wish they came with a remote though!

 So, wanted to make a special ceiling for my pc room and went with these curtain led to make it easier and more effective way to spread the effects. LED works super well and have a better finish than regular strip of LED people normally use and since the kit is an outdoor or indoor, each bulbs are sealed making it safe to use and install. Added fiber optics too to make a different scenery and effect.Only thing that is missing is the speed on the controler and music sensor.
