Third one. That’s the best testimonial I can give for how much I like this. One of mine is olive, great for outdoorsy, in the woods, stuff. My other one was black like this one. I say “was” because I lost it on a long bicycle ride, fell out of my unzipped pocket. I had to replace it, can’t ride in 40 degree temps without it (at least not comfortably). They’re a little snug on the nose, not bad worn beneath your nose, even more comfortable on the chin.

I bought this balaclava to use for fursuiting because I wanted something to keep my sweat from touching the fursuit head.I was previously using one that I had borrowed, and it was a pain to use bc it felt loose. When I would put the head on, the balaclava would slide so that my forehead or mouth were no longer covered.This does NOT have that problem. It fits tight against my skin (but not so much that I feel suffocated), and it doesnât slip or slide.For reference, my head circumference going around my forehead is about 22.75 inches (or 57cm).Iâll update later to see how it holds up through multiple uses and washes, but so far Iâm loving it!!!(Edit: updated with video after multiple washes)

Absolute perfection
Iâve been snowboarding for 30 years and have tried every hood imaginable. This is hands down the best mask you can buy. Material thickness is perfect. Nice and thin FTW. Fits under a helmet well without adding bulk. Does not interfere with chin strap. Does not interfere with goggles. Does not overheat. You can breathe through it and if it gets wet it dries quickly. You can wear it up over your nose in true ninja fashion, or just under your nose, or below your chin. I just bought a new one after using my previous one for at least five years. Stop reading and buy this.

Like someone else said, this works great for fursuiting! It’s really light material and doesn’t get hot so it’s perfect when wearing a fursuit or costume head, etc. Also the nose / mouth covering is nice because you can have it up if you want (pretty easy to breathe through as well) or just put it down and have your whole face uncovered 🙂

Dadurch, dass ich als Furry gerne das eine oder andere Mal in mein Tierkostüm (Fursuit) hüpfe, ist mein Anwendungszweck anders, als wohl für die eigentliche Zielgruppe.Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass sich Under Armour an sich nicht grundlos im Fandom durchgesetzt hat und auch bei dieser “Outdoor Kapuze” ist es nicht anders.Ich hatte bei meinen Balaclavas immer das Problem, dass sie rutschten, ich Schweià ins Auge bekam oder noch schlimmer auf einmal Haare in mein Auge gedrückt wurden.Dies ist bei dieser Kapuze nicht der Fall! Ich habe sie nun schon in verschiedenen Fursuitköpfen genutzt und habe nun bedeutend weniger Probleme als vorher – sodass ich nun auch weniger in die Fursuitlounge (oder mich verstecken muss), um meine Balaclava zu richten.5 Sterne für meinen (doch recht speziellen) Anwendungsfall!

This thing works like it says. It’s quite effective at keeping you cooler in warm environments and such. I use this thing for costuming and I was much cooler with this thing on than I was without. It’s also very easy to breath through, making this thing top tier, especially for the price. Much cheaper than other brands that sell for like twice the price or more but it seems like it’s just as good.
