Itâs âOkayâ (Indifferent Shoulder Shrug)
The thing keeps moving forward (with it on top of the ânon-skidâ mat) if you donât use the strap (that comes with it)to keep it in place. I bought it to keep my body moving while watching TV. On the positive side, itâs easy to assemble and takes up very little space, so itâs perfect for apartment life. Good quality. Doesnât make any noise while using. Iâve used it three times so far for 45 minutes each time.

Improved Stability
