Works great
Easy to install. I have a 1960âs cast iron tubs and fits perfectly. The first one I purchased 6 years ago started to rust so I sanded and coat of pink paint to match the bathroom. Most importantly itâs safe.

Completely Modular and Very Adaptable
I’m preparing for a hip replacement and my PT suggested that this could be an option for getting into and out of the tub/shower combo versus the shower bench. Also, in general, for those of us “aging in place,” versus having to attach something permanently to the wall (grab bar) this can travel with you and simply clamps on the edge of the tub. I’ve had it on my fiberglass tub for a few weeks now and it works great. Because it’s made of molded steel, it has some weight; therefore, one does not have to clamp it so tightly that it damages the tub finish. There are rubberized pads on every surface that comes in contact with the tub finish and that also protects the tub.

Very sturdy handle for the bathtub. I purchased this for my elderly mother who had a challenging time getting in & out of the tub. She loves it! Can put her weight on it and doesnât budge. Clamps on easily- quick install. I like that itâs easy to move when needed.
