So far these cook very well and are easy to clean. The large one came dented and the other order of the gold colored ones never showed up. I decided to keep the dented one instead of going through the hassle of returning and reordering. The blue is beautiful.

Very happy to replace my old cookie sheets with this 3-piece set, they are definitely user friendly. They are heavy-duty carbon steel with a diamond texture, have a non-stick coating and BPA free. Although I seldom do much baking at 450 degrees F the pans are heat resistant to that temperature. Just making cookies it was very evident how even the heat distribution was throughout the entire bake and with just a little cooling on the pan the cookies slid off easily or could be picked up without needing any kind of utensil.. Cleaning was a breeze with some hot soapy water and rinse in the sink. To protect the non-stick coating the dishwasher is to be avoided.

Good for the price
Does the job, the big one does warp in the oven and make loud banging noises when it does but to be suspected for the price. I havenât cooked enough with the other 2 sizes to notice if they also warp. It doesnât bother me but I can imagine it can get messy and annoying depending on what youâre making

Best I’ve had
High quality baking sheets. Much better than the last several sets I’ve gone through. They’re solid and slightly heavy (always a good sign). I like that they come in different sizes. the texture is excellent for non-stick purposes, without something like Teflon. That texture also allows better air flow so that things aren’t burned on the bottom before being properly cooked. I would say they’re easy to clean, but that hasn’t even been an issue yet, since everything I’ve cooked on them has come right off. (I wash them anyway.)
