Picturesque Scenery
Interesting, beautiful scenery. I enjoyed the views. I like that the experience was what I would expect to encounter while riding a bike. As in other DVDs, the bike does get close to some people. If I ever go back to Italy, I want to check out Rome.

Italy for exercise
They really should have got rid of the street noise it was quite irritating and just put in some classic Italian music. It would have lifted the whole thing. Some narration might have helped too.

I especially loved Florence. When we were there, we got lost in the city, but walking thru Florence on this video, I have not gotten lost once. Kidding aside, it brings back wonderful memories, and before you know it, you are finished exercising

Boring
I guess this wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. It kind of puts me to sleep instead of being on an invigorating walk. I thought there would be commentary as you walked through the areas but there isn’t anything, just the sound of birds and water, like a relaxation tape? Walking is boring so I thought this might keep me interested while doing it, but it did not.
