I was looking for a birthday gift for my niece who is turning one. She LOVES dogs especially puppies, so I was looking for something along those lines but more than just a stuffed animal. For whatever reason all these puppy play sets were for 3+. This was the only one I could find that was rated for a 1yo (9 -19 months). When it arrived I was super happy with the quality and presentation. very cute!
