I put mine on a little different, lower and looped around bar. Total hip replacement and it helps me carry my things. Meds, tissues, brush, etc.

Decent once modified
I had to fiddle with this quite a bit to figure out how to make it work. When put on as pictured, the front bars of the walker plus the tension needed on the Velcro straps to secure it equals zero storage capacity left in the bag. Finally, in a last ditch attempt to make it work before returning it, I tried one last crazy thing. You have to put it on BACKWARDS (that is, with the pockets facing inside the walker, not outside)! This is far from intuitive. Luckily, once fastened securely, it didn’t interfere with my use of the walker (though it might have if I was shorter or larger or had a different injury that altered my posture and/or gait, so something to keep in mind). I broke my lower left leg and am using a walker for at least the next 6 weeks or so while I’m non-weight bearing, because I’m just not good enough on crutches to be trusted.Other than the ideal use not being intuitive, I found the three front pockets, specifically the two on the outsides, to be not nearly as spacious as advertised (no way a water bottle would fit). Maybe I’ll continue to try to stretch them, but I’ve just been tightening the lids on my water bottles and throwing them in the big center section of the bag, which works for now.Overall, it works, but could definitely be improved upon.

Heavy duty canvas walker basket
This basket is made of a thick canvas-like material and appears well-sewn. It fit my FIL’s walker perfectly and has a lot of storage options. I’d say it’s more like a fanny pack than a basket, but it has plenty of storage for necessities. The front pocket for drinks is a little narrow, so you’d have to use it for a small water bottle. We took it out for a test drive this afternoon for his doctor’s appointment. It was very convenient for him to be able to store his medical binder and prescription in the pockets as he was maneuvering through the office.

I got this walker basket for an elderly family member who has recently become infirm. It has a good/modest amount of storage space which I would say is optimum for someone who uses a walker, adequate for a purse, keys, phone, and the usual fare you might otherwise find in a handbag.
