This was perfect!!!
This is exactly what I needed. I didn’t buy it for athletic activities, but to simply blow my driveway and keep snow from blowing back in my face. It’s fleece, so the snow melts fast once you get back inside, but it’s so cozy and comfy around the face with no chaffing.The tightening strings are a bonus! Definitely worth the buy.

I really like the longer neck part as it stays under my layers and doesn’t pop out and it just covers more also which is obviously nice. It fits really well, very soft and will keep me very warm in my daily commuting to work and back by foot or bicycle rides. The other thing I really like is that the top hood part is more round than triangle or “mountain” shape. I just think it looks a lot better. Definitely worth in terms of functionality and use, and looks!Update: I have two balaclavas. This one, and a lighter one. I use both for winter cycling, commuting to work and back. It’s about 3.5 miles there and 3.5 miles back, 4 miles there/back if I decide to take the more ‘flat’ route.This balaclava is heavier and I love it. It is perfect for temperatures in the single digits and even below freezing temperatures with windchill. I have used this in -4 degree Fahrenheit weather, with windchill putting it down to -14, and this was an absolute lifesaver. If you plan on cycling in single digit temperatures, and even in the negatives, get this. Makes the ride so much more enjoyable.

Keeps your head warm
Pulls on, but is a touch snug. If you have a really big head, this will not fit. It feels lightweight & comfortable.

Perfect for cold and windy days
This product saved my face multiple times during our cold and windy winter season. I have a petite head and face and loved that I could customize the opening with the strings on the side. The product is very well made and a thicker fleece material. I highly recommend this product.

Fleece baclava hat
This hat is great for me to keep warm. I’m 76 years old and I’m always cold. This hat keeps me warm and toasty !!!! It tucks in my coat and keeps my neck warm both front and back. I’ve even worn it in the rain and it kept me dry. I love ððð it !!! Amazon is THE BEST !!!!!

Doesn’t adjust/tighten
The balaclava is very warm and soft. But the elastics on the side are supposed to be adjustable, but they way the sliders were put on, it isn’t. So can’t tighten it around your face which is important when it’s windy!

Helped keep my face warm in negative temps
I was doing 75 Hard in Wisconsin in January, and of course, there were multiple days of negative degree windchills. This product helped keep my head and face warm. I love that it when down my neck front and back, so no snow blew down. Wouldnât have wanted to be outside without it.

Perfect for being outdoors in cold winters
Itâs a hat, scarf, earmuffs, and neck gator all in one! Plus, itâs purple, so it matches my purple winter coat. Itâs nice and long so it tucks into my collar and snow doesnât get into my coat. I like how itâs adjustable for both the hat and the face part, although the cords to adjust that do stick out. That doesnât really bother me because this was mainly purchased to keep me warm. I do find that when I crane my neck down, the back of it pops out of my collar, letting some cold air in.I do like the ability to lower and raise the face mask part to my face, depending on the weather. Itâs perfect how it covers my nose so I donâ have to breath in dry, zero degree air and my lips and face donât freeze. It also provides perfect cover for my ears, which are very sensitive to the cold. Usually, I have to wear a think hat AND a pair of earmuffs on top of it, but this thing does the job. It keeps me nice and warm.Would highly recommend for all those cold faces out there!
