They are great..
If you are familiar with how to use them they are great. I use them in both the pool and the ocean and they are durable and dry quickly. I wish the booklet that came with them was waterproof, note to the manufacturer……

These definitely give you a heavy duty workout in the water.
120% buoyance gives you a good work out. You almost need leg weights to keep from moving when you use them for jabs and upper cuts in the water. Great under arm floatation too.

Perfect bells!
These resistance bells are exactly the same as those I used to use in my aqua aerobics class. Our pool was shut down due to the China virus, and when it re-opened 2 months ago, we had to purchase and use our own equipment. These are the perfect amount of resistance for me because I have been recovering from a shoulder injury. I’ll recommend these to my other fellow aqua buddies!

This item is the perfect fit while doing water exercises. The extra thick cushion is very comfortable.

A real workout
So many of these water resistance devices feel too light and ineffective. These are nothing like that. A full session with these resistance bells leaves me feeling like I used to when I lifted weights and used regular gym machines. Muscles were mildly and appropriately sore from the workout with no damage to soft tissue or muscular damage.
