Salty. Tasty.
I knew it would be salty and not as sweet as other brands. However, I sweat a lot and secrete a lot of salt, so this mix is perfect for me. It keeps me hydrated and not exhausted after long hours of being active or in high heat. The taste is not bad. I mix one packet with 32oz of water and it works great for me.

Salty limey water
These are great. Great flavor and the powder dissolves pretty well. It is SALTY. Itâs an electrolyte pack. Any high electrolyte content powder will be salty. If you do not like salty water then this isnât for you. Look for something with less salt content or mix this in a half gallon jug to tone down the saltiness.I pour one pack in a 16oz water bottle and drink it every morning before I work (delivery driver) then I just drink lots of regular water to keep me hydrated throughout the day.

Salty but effective
I absolutely love this product. It kind of tastes how I imagine original Gatorade taste but doesnât have any of the synthetic chemicals and dyes that modern Gatorade does. Iâve tried this version and the hangover version and enjoy great results for improved health and replenishing electrolytes. I will say it is pretty pricey currently but hoping that might change in the future. Taste wise isnât bad but if you donât like a lot of salt Iâd use a liter of water per pack. The powder dissolves quickly and is as easy to use as any other drink mix. My favorite part is it doesnât have all the sugar and focuses completely on getting your hydration back up and getting you back in the game.

Like a Gatorade but way better!!
This flavor (strawberry lemonade) is amazing. It is salty a Gatorade or the Electrolit drinks but has quenched my thirst and aided in recovery much better. Plus no sugar!! For context I train Muay Thai 3 hours a day with no A/C and lose about 3-5 lbs water weight per day. These have helped w my muscle cramping during the night after even more intense workouts. Will keep purchasing!! Also – based on toner reviews, no theyâre not THAT salty. Slightly more than a lemon Gatorade or the like electrolit but better/more intense flavor. Iâve tried it with 6-8 oz and up to 20 oz of water and still loved it.

Too salty.
I really like these sorts of drinks but this one is too salty. It has decent flavor and is drinkable, but not good enough to repurchase. Iâd try other flavors and repost if I were given samples- I wouldnât spend money on the product again without samples of other flavors or varieties.

They hydrate very well
First off I just want to say I struggle with drinking enough water. While this product wonât exactly force you to drink more water, what it will do is hydrate you in the most simple way possible. I work in a big industrial weld shop and itâs usually 85 degrees or hotter in the shop. Putting one of these packets into 32 oz of water works perfectly to cut down on the taste. After I tried these for the first time I was skeptical, but after 3 days of drinking them I felt do much more focused and hydrated!! My mood increased a lot as well due to being properly hydrated throughout my long 12 hr days! The only downside is that they are a little salty but honestly in 32 oz of water, itâs very much doable and doesnât taste bad at all. The texture for those that are wondering is the same as any other water add in but itâs less grainy. I now recommend these to everyone I know and they all love them too! Lastly Iâd like to add that they even give me energy that makes me feel incredible!!! 5/5 star review!!

Could not get past the flavor
Iâll start by saying the ingredients looked great and the electrolytes in this product were what I was looking for. However I could not get past the flavor ( fruit punch). I drink electrolytes regularly and wanted some for a hiking trip to a high altitude. I decided to try Waterboy based on ingredients. I have used LMNT, trace minerals zerolyte, ultima etc. I am not expecting the electrolytes to taste great. As the ones Iâve mentioned are all sugar free and have a salty taste. This Waterboy fruit punch flavor I could not even drink. It has a chemical taste that I could not get down. I am usually ok with something not tasting great if it has the nutrition I need but I couldn’t with this. I tried different ratios of water and it still didnât help. Unfortunately I bought for $24.99 before a trip and now have to purchase another brand and get it shipped same day. I really wanted to like this and support a small company but this is not for me. I did send an email to the Waterboy company about this issue and did not get a response. Disappointed in this purchase.
