Great for Teens and pre-teens
My son has an eating disorder so it’s really important he gets vitamins that have a high absorption rate and help him where he misses getting vitamins in food. We have been using this brand for 3 years now (he’s almost 13 now) and they work great. There’s no stomach upset, which some vitamins may cause, and us great for kiddos! Also, the capsules are VERY small. So easy to swallow is almost a plus.

The people writing the reviews about the black specs are giving the product a bad wrap because of their own mistake. The black spots are from oxidation which happens with vitamins that are not left in an air tight container with the freshness pack. If you leave them in their container in a cool dry place they will be fine.These are great capsules and perfect size for young kids.

These vitamins are amazing. My son has ADHD and mthfr gene mutation so I wanted a good vitamin for him. There is no taste and super easy for him to swallow them

They seem to be okay vitamins
I love the size of these since my 9yr old prefers capsules over liquid supplements. I can’t say whether these are better or worse than others since there really aren’t many options out there for childrens capsules to compare to. My only complaint is that sometimes there are these large black spots in the capsules. Idk what they are, so I feel that the company could use better quality control.

Perfect size for my kiddo to take, who is 10. He has no issues with these, but he has been use to taking pills for some time now. He was tired of chewables and gummies. Great capsules, will be purchasing again!

I got these for my ( elderly) dad, as he wanted something smaller to swallow, & he takers these no problem. Relief, as he was skipping his vit ( he called them horse pills) before, now he doesnât.

Expired one year before expiration date
These were ok, but I think I got a bad batch. My daughter said they tasted weird and then they expired with more than a year left until the expiration date on the bottle. They are now covered in black spots and smell horrid. Expensive for garbage.
