    I went from pain to peace in a couple of days! Wellness to Wonderful joins the dots on healing.
    A great read – I just finished reading for the second time and picked up a lot more insights. There is a lot of info here. For me, it joins all the dots for health and wellness and guides you away from the traditional silos medicine put us in – a different med, procedure, specialist for each issue often with no thought that anything is connected! At the time I purchase this book – some intense lower back pain appeared out of nowhere – no pulled muscles or any structural cause.Going through the book and understanding that the brain can’t tell the difference between physical, mental, emotional threats, and treats them all the same, in my case pain signals even though there was no physical damage, was profound.As I kept telling my brain I was safe and literally sending safety signals, the pain gradually went away! So many people are suffering from chronic pain with no solution. The process will be the same for my high blood pressure – as I pull the others pillars into more balance – it will take care of itself, and I can be med free. This book gave me a lot of peace of mind and a path to follow!

    This really brings together all the tools I needed to balance my health!
    I have read about many of these pillars separately but have never seen them integrated in this way or been given such accessible tools to optimize my health. It makes so much sense that integrating all of these pillars is the key to living better and healthier. I also never heard about nonviolent communication or given too much thought to how important connection is to health. Not just connection as in family and friends but self-connection. Learning to focus on what I want, not just trying to avoid all the things I don’t want is a whole new level of self-care. I can’t say enough about all the pearls that are in this book and I am excited to practice them and share them with my family.

    A fresh look at how I communicate with myself and others.
    I deeply desired an approach that could let me slow down the stimulus and response process. A quick knee jerk response from me has so often hurt others and myself. Over the past couple months I have experienced the effectiveness of these connection tools to communicate in a way that is healthy for me and those whom I Love the most. Several chapters illustrate this connection process. I so appreciate the more joyful and hopeful experience it has gifted me. My past great diet, fitness attempts , etc have not been sustainable. Unexpectedly this connection process now stacks the deck in my favor. I am So thankful!
