STABLE CONNECTIVITY: The fansitc WiFi water leak detector set only supports 2.4GHz WiFi network connections, simply download the “Tuya Smart” app and connect the water detector gateway to the app via WiFi to start protecting your home at all times. The gateway has a powerful adaptive feature that provides a stable connection for up to 24 fansitc WD71 leak sensors. Please note no support 5 GHz WiFi and W13 Gateway is not compatible with B0CPY7C4HR and B0CZLMW3C7.
REAL-TIME ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS: When the water sensors alarms detects a leak, it sends an alert to a matching gateway within a range of less than 328FT（Open area). The actual connection distance depends on the usage environment. Usually the usage range of home environment is less than 150 FT. The gateway then pushes the alert to your phone over Wi-Fi, so you get alerts quickly even when you’re not home. You can also share the device with family members so they can check its status anytime, anywhere.
SCHEDULED ARMING & DISARMING: You can set up a timed arming and disarming schedule through the app so that the connected smart leak detector can arm and disarm itself automatically according to your needs. For example, you can set it to disarm at night when you go to bed so that it doesn’t disturb your sleep. Or you can set your water leak detector not to arm on rainy days.
WATER DRIPPING & LEAKING SENSOR: Benefit from the precision of dual-sensor technology for early detection of leaks, and the reliability of water leak sensor on the bottom foot pads for any significant water accumulation. LOUD 120dB ALARM WITH MUTE OPTION: Designed with a buzzer and features adjustable 4 level volume, and the connected gateway will also sound 90dB and flash red to alert you and your family of a water leak. Once you’ve located the leak, you can easily silence the water leak detection device by pressing a button on the wireless water sensor or through the mobile app.
USER-FRIENDLY FEATURES: Small water sensors come with a test button and low battery alert for regular functionality checks,a flashing indicator light for visual alerts to help people with hearing loss to see even in the dark , which make this water detector both practical and easy to use. HIGH SENSITIVITY DETECTION: The smart WD71 water detector has 2 top probes and 4 bottom probes, the top probes are used to detect dripping water and the bottom probes are used to detect seepage water. Peace of mind. Easy setup.
Very easy to setup and pair. App was easy to setup; tested and works wonderfully. Alarms are very loud and the notification to phone is fantastic. I have suffered through two events of my home flooding from attic. I purchased five and placed where water will be detected should I have another flood. I hope not but I am so glad I purchased. I tested as well to determine how much water would be needed to detect and while I did not measure I can say that I misted the floor and the alarm sounded almost immediately. I will be recommending this product to friends and family! Now………… I will be able to sleep at night and have peace of mind.

This water leak detection system is comprised of five sensors and a hub that provides remote alarm alerts to an app on your phone. The all inclusive package even includes batteries for the sensors. This system is simple to install and adds to your peace of mind in the event of a water leak. Overall, it is an excellent product at a very reasonable price.

5 Station water sensors work great!
Package came on time and well packed. Instructions were very small and hard to read, however, they were well written, clear and concise. All pieces and parts were present and in A1 condition. Phone App was easy to install and worked in conjunction with signaling device. While I added the base, I was confused trying to add the various sensors, but I finally read the statement, that the sensors were already configured to the base.I tested all sensors with minimal water and all past. Sensors placed in water heater base, (Picture) under sink, behind washer and behind 2 toilets. System can be disarmed when home and armed when away, but I would leave continuedly armed. Appears to be great value for protection vs cost.

Works Great! Perfect water alerting system
I was pleasantly surprised at how compact the devices were. The system was easy to set up and immediately tested the pods. They worked as advertised. The alert sound is loud. The sensors are small and compact. I have plced them near the water heater, under the kitchen and bathroom sinks and behind the refrigerator by the water inlet valve of the ice maker. I recently suffered water damage to my floor due to the ice maker wter inlet valve spewing water on the floor. I now rest assurred tht water will be detected in all critical areas thst go unseen!! I am purchasing a set for my parents homw as well.

Well engineered product!
Instructions are logical. Great that sensor batteries were included. Connection to WiFi went smoothly. App has nice, logical layout and controls. Sensors were already paired. If you lose track while labeling the sensors, just turn off all but one using the app and then water test it. Its label will then show up so it can be identified. Do the same for each one until all are identified. The app allows you to label the sensor name/location: âkitchen sink, master bathroom, etc.â We travel so itâs great to know this system is monitoring to anywhere we have cellular service. We had an undetected water leak last year with over $70,000 in damages. Getting insurance to cover was a major hassle. If we would have had this system, we could have called our neighbors to shut off the water. Prevention is everything. It took 5 months to get the damage repaired.
