beautiful frames
I have a couple 5×7 pictures that go right to the edge, no extra space around the people in the shot, so putting in a regular frame that cuts off even just a 1/4 inch from each side is cutting off part of the people. A floating frame turns out to be exactly what I needed. These came very well packed, no scratches or cracks, easy to put the picture in. Don’t look cheapy at all. I’d recommend them.

Glass hard to get out and in on some
So, these come with a slot on the top of the frame to pull the glass out for insertion of the picture. There is a little slide to push to move over the slot to hold the glass in place. Problem is, on several of the frames this is screwed in too far over and when not slid over the opening is still in the way so you can’t get the glass out. I ended up having to take a screwdriver to a good few of them (I bought 12 total) to remove it. Also, if you place a 5×7 within the frame, you have to measure all around to gauge where to place it. It would be nice if there was some etching of some kind on the back piece of glass to use as a guide, or if it came with a cut out to use. Otherwise they seem to be cute little frames. I haven’t hung them yet so I’ll wait and see if the pictures stay put when I do. The inserts they have in them were all wonky and out of place when I received them.
