Great fit!
This hat worked really well for floating on the lake on a hot and sunny day. The hat fits well and has the ponytail opening on the back. The brim is ample enough to provide shade for my entire face. I bought the pink one and the color is very pretty. The quality of the hat is very good. I would purchase again if I needed to.

Almost perfect
If you are looking for a lightweight, low cost hat on Amazon designed for women that can snap up on the sides like a cowboy hat shape, you have very few options; I know because I looked. This is a very good option.This is the second hat I’ve purchased from this seller because of how much I like the first I bought in pink and gray. This time, I picked the pale putty color because I wanted a color that would match everything.This hat has an improvement over the last I purchased: the strap at the back is not too snug. I solved that problem with my old hat on which the strap was so tight that I just left it open.However, this hat has kept its wrinkles on its brim from being folded. The first relaxed following a good rinse in water. I’ve tried soaking this one and letting it dry twice now and the brim still shows the folds. I suspect I will be the only person who even notices it.The fabric on the top of this hat is very light and the venting really does work. It is an excellent hat for wearing on the hottest sunny days. Based on what I paid, this hat is bargain and then some.

Perfect for hiking
I normally wear caps for running but sometimes it doesn’t cover all so decided to buy these. They are perfect!! I love them. They are light fit perfect with back adjustable. I love that it covers my entire face and some of my chest. I am very careful on my sun exposure so these work perfect. I use for hiking and sometimes when really sunny on my runs. Highly recommend. Super light and easily washable.

Works but could be better
I like the hat. I needed a nice looking brimmed hat that also shielded my ears from the sun. The colors are nice, it does protect my ears, it has an adjustable chin strap, and the hat adjusts for around your head and there is a place to pull your pony tail through. I only have 1 issue with this hat. It is very uncomfortable to wear on windy days. So the chin strap is very dorky so I do not use it. But you can adjust it where your pony tail goes through and this is the problem. The strap that adjusts the hat is very thin–possibly about 1/2 inch. So when you tighten it around your head, it is painful as the strap needs to be wider to spread the surface area around your head. I hope that makes sense! So a tiny band is putting pressure on your skull–the band needs to be wider to lessen that pressure. So after a walk on a windy day, I end up with a very bad headache from the pressure and my forehead as a thin indention mark. So the concept is good–just the tightening band needs to be thicker.

I love this hat. Was more than I expected . It’s perfect for travel. Easy to pack as it folds up. Is versatile in its shape, wear it loose as a sun shield , or snap up one or both sides. Also has a strap to keep it on in the wind on a boat or to carry it when not wearing it. Great colour selection as well. Great price. It’s a winner.

Guter günstiger Sonnenhut, der bei jeder Wanderung dabei. Er ist groß genug um Nacken und Gesicht Schatten zu spenden, hat Belüftungsöffnungen und lässt sich gut auf verschiedene Kopfgrößen einstellen. Der Hut hat einen einstellbaren Kinnriemen, damit er bei der nächsten Böe nicht wegfliegt. Er ist einer der wenigen Hüte, bei dem meine Frau ihren Zopf durchstecken kann.
