Best ab workout equipment
I love this product so much that I even bought another one for my friend ! It works as expected, and I can actually do dozens of different workout with this product. They Missed the Best Part
The Slide Fit pad is comfortable enough to rest your forearms on. This is super important for people with carpal tunnel or ganglion cysts. Grasping handles is painful when supporting your weight for such folks. I never saw photos or videos of this application. My core is weakened at my age (60) so I am now hopeful that I can strengthen it with this product. Additionally, the torque of using full arm planks for deconditioned individuals can be prohibitive, adding to the advantage of the forearm placement. The Slidefit is durable and easy to use out of the box and recoils in both directions (a perk I did not know), adding to itsâ versatility. This product is a game changer.

This is a good quality product though it’s kind of pricey. Rating it as 4 star because of a few reasons: 1) the knee pad (included) is very small and thin, pretty much useless. 2) if a workout chart (sheet) illustrates what people can use this for would be great (for the price , the manufacturer should provide that, a sheet of illustration should not cost that much); I don’t feel comfortable using the App which trackers users’ information (btw, the App is not that user friendly, had to remove it from phone) 3) the resistance strength setting seems not making any difference don’t matter where it is set at. 4) No instruction is provided as how to set the resistance!Basically, it’s a good product it would be a better product package if the list above is provided.

Calling all you Pilates girls!
I have never been so excited to try something out so fast! The piece itself is very sturdy and is well-made. If you take Pilates reformer classes then this thing is for you. Thereâs so many moves on it that you can do at home when you canât get to class and itâs so portable. You can take it anywhere! For less than $100 this is a complete bargain. I went through one of the exercise routines and I was sweating. It is a good workout and there is different resistance on it. But they also have games. I just need to figure those out. If you are on the fence, I say go for it!

I love this little thing. I purchased it as a Pilates alternative. My core honestly has never looked better. Iâm obsessed. It slides right under my bed for storage, which is great b/c I live in an apartment and donât like clutter!

This is by far the best ab roller I have ever bought or used. The 4 wheels help you extend your core fully without causing back pain. There are other exercises one can do with this ab roller. Those are clearly pictured on the side of the box. Well worth the money I spent.

Happy with the quality of this product. Strong firm and well padded. The retractable handles are user friendly and easy to grip. Folds and store away easily without taking any space. The knee mat could be a bit thicker. Over all, am quite pleased with this product.
