Great invention, not great quality
The bad:For the price, I’m surprised the build quality isn’t better. Shortly after opening, a screw has already fallen out and can’t be put back in, and one of the “arms” sounds like it has a broken off piece inside of it which rattles around annoyingly.The good:The actual functionality works well, and the advertised exercises are effective and straightforward. It’s already helping me regain some core and glute strength which I’ve lost and have had trouble regaining due to back issues (a vicious cycle).Verdict:My plan is to keep it (or maybe order a replacement). Despite defects I’m happy with the functionality because it’s letting me do the exact type of exercises I need to do to get over my current issues. I recommend this device (or something like it) to non-athletic types who need to gain core and glute strength but may be injured or out of shape.

Easy to use
This stores well. Also, I’m relatively fit. But when I did 25 “reverse” curl-ups, which was easy to do, I felt the ache in my abs the next day!

Broken cable in left handle – Warranty not honored
 Reiterating the warranty experience again as a review so that others can take into consideration the unit’s quality vs. cost when buying.Warranty is one year. However, company may not always honored their warranty, even if the unit is under warranty.—–My experience, in detail:I purchased this unit at the end of January 2024. After putting it away in a corner for months, I decided to put it to use around late May 2024. Started off easy with once a week for 15 – 30 minutes and gradually increasing it to 3-4 times per week by end of June /early July 2024 at roughly 1-hr as maximum for each session. Been using the unit for almost 2 months for a mixture of alternating activities such as sit-up, triceps, ab tuck, and bicycling. Recently, as I was in the middle of bicycling, just about 10 minutes into the exercise, the tension cord connected to the spring on the left handle broke. Heard a loud cracking-like sound while working out and there goes my unit. The left handle bar no longer raised up/operating.Reached out to company via email with pictures and videos. Company promptly responded with half-hearted appologies and no working solution provided (see pictures for proof). Definitely a waste of money & they are falsely advertising in a sense– especially when there is no mentioning anywhere in the pdf manual that the unit’s cable cord that is connecting to the spring can heats up from the intensity of the workouts.For what it’s worth, I might as well invested in a high end unit from established brands or buying a similar unit from other brand with lower pricong than getting this junk again– even with discounted offerings!

Câest mon mari qui sâen sert tous les jours â¦.celui lui permet de continuer à mettre ses chaussettes comme il ditâ¦après un syndrome de Guillain Barré il était paralysé..en réanimation un mois et 9 mois de rééducation il doit tout faire pour garder un minimum dâautonomie et cette appareil simple lui permet de garder sa forme et sa forceâ¦.mais voilà je trouve que cet appareil nâest pas très solideâ¦câest le quatrième que nous commandonsâ¦mon mari à 85 ans et la force est relative à son âgeâ¦.Câest pourquoi cet appareil ne pourrait peut-être pas convenir à une personne en pleine formeâ¦Bien amicalement..
