I am genuinely impressed with the quality of this product. I have never tried colostrum before and am very happy with the results.To begin, lets talk about the flavor, shall we? I noticed that the flavor was consistent. It is a taste that assumes a butter like taste on its own, but when mixed with other things, the flavor was neutral, unless if you tried to taste it. I was not able to dry scoop it as some people tend to claim they do. Otherwise, it pairs well with the most subtle of supplements.In terms of benefits, I have noticed that itâs quite diverse. Iâve noticed over the span of a week, it did help with skin, my skin was clear. Over the span of two weeks, I noticed it helped with muscle density, and which in turn helped with total overall strength. This is good when youâre casually working out, because it conditions the muscles to more be adept and uniform, which eliminates extra weight, which causes the muscles to be more efficient. This helps with both weight gain, weight lifting, muscle tone.As with mixing the supplement, I have noticed the warmer the water, the smoother it mixes in. I am not aware of a way to mix it with cold water as efficiently, however room temperature or slightly warmer water is the most efficient way to mix this supplement in without loosing flavor or nutrients.Overall, this product is amazing. Despite its small package, I would recommend it to anyone, beginner or advanced, to add to their supplement routine. Phenomenal quality, great flavor, and easy to mix. I was hoping to notice a difference in my hair strength and density but wrote this review after one month. I believe I would need to take it longer in order to see if there has any benefits to hair. It is also worth mentioning I was not sick while I was taking it. I am not sure if that is due to chance or help from the product.

Iâve been seeing this product for a while on Instagram and finally decided to try it for myself! I have been taking other collagen peptides for over a year now and haven’t seen the results I am hoping for. This product is great for the immune system and overall gut health! Been wanting to try this for some time now. I have been taking collagen peptides for over a year now and haven’t seen improvement to fine lines and wrinkles. I am hoping this will help with that. Also I hope it will make me healthy in general as it is supposed to be great for the immune system and joints mood etc. Can’t wait to see if it helps with these things. Hopefully I can update here in another month or so.I got this today and tried it and it is easy to drink. No flavor that I noticed. It smells like powdered coffee creamer in the tub and looks like it also. It doesn’t completely blend into your beverage all the way and leaves some small clumps. I purchased a small immersion blender/ milk frothing tool of amazon that will get here in a few days. Also your beverage needs to be cooled to 145 degrees before adding the 2 scoops so not to degrade the colostrum.Product includes cute tiny scooper. Adults get 2 scoops, kids 10 and under get 1 scoopSo now I have been taking for a week now maybe slightly longer than a week. Definitely this helps with digestion. I had kind if an angry tummy before. It’s like my stomach has calmed down and is more normal now. No more daily tummy issues since starting this. I was hoping it would help anti aging where the bovine collagen peptides don’t seem to be doing what I hoped..been taking collagen peptides for over a year. Still aging visibly. I guess normal for mid forties but was hoping it would help.
