From the brand
* Starting design: Use the thumb of both hands to push the movement in the direction of the arrow of the inner ball, started by the internal spring, no rope, no power supply, simple and environmentally friendly.
* Working principle: Through the rotation of the wrist to drive the ball core high-speed rotation. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the ball core causes the wrist to feel a certain resistance.
* Control power: By artificially controlling the rotation speed of the wrist, you can adjust the rotation rhythm of the ball core and the generated force.
* Built-in LED light: When the wrist ball rotates quickly, the dazzling light will light up. Add fun to your workout.
* Suitable size: Can be carried anywhere, whether it is in the office, the gym or at home, can always exercise tools, or a good stress reduction toy.
* Exercise: Wrist power ball can mainly exercise the muscle groups of fingers, wrists, arms and other parts, including the strength and flexibility of forearm muscles, biceps, triceps and deltoid muscles.
* After-sales service: If you encounter any problems, please contact us through the Amazon message center, we will give timely help and properly solve. Thank you for your support!

Be patient
I was about to give up It was hard to get it to work at first. I thought perhaps I wasnât strong enough. Finally like kick starting a cold engine, it â caught and the inner whirling jumped into action. Using it has not aggravated my tendinitis so Iâm hoping regular use will increase my hand/wrist strength.

Easy to start and use
It works well. In fact, kind of addictive to use everyday. Weâve had a similar product like this before but it is too hard to start or get going. It was a pull string starter. This is easier to use.

Good product!
My husband wanted a more expensive one he saw on TV, but I hate getting scammed. Came to Amazon and this one was half the price and arrived quickly. It took a minute to figure it out but overall itâs a good product. Initially it was difficult to get it started. But once we got the hang of it, it was quite easy to use and you can feel it working throughout your lower arm.

Good quality and kinda fun
This works and feels like a quality piece of equipment. It has some weight and feels solid when running. I have seen ads for a similar item at a significantly higher price. I can’t imagine it’s any better. It has an addictive gamey quality to it that makes it fun to use. It is a quick work out too. It wears you out fast. It is not silent, the pitch changes as you work it faster. I didn’t find it too loud. I will say I wear medium size gloves and I find it big for my hand. It just makes the workout a little shorter because I feel I’m slipping.

A zero(0) stars at first unboxing, Next Day watched the tutorial and it’s a 5 Star item!!!!!!
At first I took this out of the box and couldnt get any measurable spin out of it with my motions. Put it all back in the box (thinking return it! mad, etc.). Then the little Q-square on the inside top of the box labeled “Tutorial”…… Next day scanned that Q-square watched the 2-3 minute demo and saw immediately what I missed. Corrected my grip on the ball and positioning in my palm and Viola! Instant gravitational orbits inside the palm of my hand! reminded me like a God holding a planet in his/her hands, and oh boy, did I get the rpm’s up quickly using the tutorial technique!!! felt the resistance immediately! Really cool therapeutic invention that is sure to have friends and family asking where you got it. If you need this for your wrists or arms (per the dr.) or want to have one ready for when needed or for fun(the leds are a hoot!), you should BUY ONE NOW! So happy I have this as a complement to my Anaerobic Workout Arsenal in my fitness room! Enjoy the workout fun!

As a professional Musician and Bowler this is..
Winds up quickly, the rubber grips help extremely in this endeavor. Also, physics are REAL! The gyration is really an elegant application of our universal laws, and as a Musician, and former professional Bowler, the hand, wrist and forearm/arm conditioning are a great way to keep in top form during the off times! If nothing else, itâs a lot of fun! Lol.

Bearings started going out
We used this ball for a few weeks when the bearing seemed to start failing. The ball worked well and was easy to use. It served the purpose it was designed for, but after a few weeks of daily use, the noise from the bearings increased a lot. Rather than risk passing our return window and having the ball fail shortly after, we returned this ball. My son and I (I have worked out all my life and my son is a gymnast) routinely spun the ball as fast as we could for as long as we could, which put a lot of stress on it. So if you are planning to use it for more moderate work on your wrists, it may be fine. For the stress we plan to put on a ball like this, I would not buy this brand again.

This is a great workout for your forearms, wrists, and hands
It’s pronounced “jeye-roh” such that ‘jeye’ sounds like the ‘J’ in jump, and ‘roh’ sounds like the ‘r’ in run followed by ‘oh’ like the ‘o’ in nose.I was first introduced to the Dynabee — the original maker of these gyro-type balls. I used it for a long time and it did great things for my forearms, my wrists, and my hands. And then I put it away and last week — nearly 34 years later — I ran across it in a drawer. Unfortunately, because of the internal accumulated dust, it didn’t spin in the horizontal direction anymore so it wouldn’t start. The original Dynabees didn’t have an auto-start feature and they came with a pull cord that you could start it with. After getting the hang of it, it was much easier to just roll it down my leg between the hip and the knee to start it. Still, the auto-start feature of this Gyro Ball is a great enhancement to these balls.I took this Gyro Ball out of the box and started it on the first try. It’s got a really smooth action and although I can’t get it going as fast as I used to get the Dynabees going, it works really well. And not getting it going as fast could just be a function of my arms, wrists, and hands aren’t as strong as they were 34 years ago. Still, I was able to get it going faster than 10,000 rpm. It sounds like a jet engine spinning up as you get it going faster and faster.Starting it is really easy when you get the hang of it. Move your hand in large circles, like you’re putting on the lid from a large pickle jar. And do it quickly. Once the ball starts, the sound will change and it will start to hum. As it starts to hum, you can make smaller and smaller circles with your hand to keep it going or maintain the speed. Go back to bigger circles and move your hand faster to increase the speed. Keep in mind, slowing it down, its motion will want to rip the ball out of your hand, so hang on tight. With practice, you will find the “neutral” spot where you can hold it and it won’t try to rip itself out of your hand as it slows down. From high speed, high RPMs, it can take 30 seconds to slow down and stop. The old Dynabees didn’t come with a wrist strap. For beginners, that’s probably a nice enhancement. But I don’t want it and I don’t use it. I work one hand/arm until it’s burning so bad that I can’t keep going and then I change hands and work the other hand. 34 years ago, I could keep it going non-stop for more than 3 hours that way. Now, my arms are really tired after less than 30 minutes. My goal is to get back to 3+ hours. But the wrist strap just gets in the way when I’m trying to switch hands. So I don’t use it.I took off 1 star because I was looking forward to having the LED lights. But the instruction manual that came with it says: Note: not all units have LED lights. That was a disappointment. That’s a bit like bait and switch. I bought this one because of the LED lights, and then it doesn’t have them. Oh well. My old one didn’t either. I’m not going to return this over that.

Vale muito a pena

No expert on those, but this one is much better quality and cost less than my old one so to me buying this was a happy purchase.

The starting mechanism is awfulâyouâll spend more time trying to start it than exercising. The whole thing might be useful for your thumbs, but not wrists.Money down the drain.
Amazon Customer –
Itâs spring wind operated, and runtime is about 20 seconds. So itâs a better workout for your thumbs than your wrist. But save your moneyâ¦
