Nice smoke/CO alarms
I bought six of these to replace all of my old ones that no longer worked. Easy to install and connect to the app. I really like being able to see the status of each alarm separately. They look nice too. My old alarms were that old yellowish color and they looked terrible. Not that I was really going for a particular look in a smoke alarm, but I do like the way these look much better. More modern and bright! Great product so far!

Quick & Easy Install. Great smart smoke detector system.
These are perfect for both your home and if you own rental properties. I have them installed at 4 of my properties.Super simple to install. Drill hole for anchor, place anchor, attach the cover with the screw and you are done.The smart features are great because I can monitor them from my phone at any time. I get alerts if there are problems. I typically have guests and/or renters at my properties, so even it will alert them and me, as well as, if the property is vacant.

Easy installation and setup
Took me just over an hour to set up 3 of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and the moisture sensors. I mounted the carbon monoxide and smoke detecrors at the top of the walls as that was easier than dealing with our popcorn ceilings. The app was easy to install and the devices easy to add. The CO and smoke detectors I bought didn’t need a base station. The 3 mositure sensors did. Both were no problem and no issues in the month they’ve been installed. They all show up in the app working fine

Easy access
With 16 foot ceilings in some rooms, it is impossible for us to manage our alarms if they start chirping or inadvertently go off (which has happened with other alarms…). The the X-sense, there is an app on the phone to monitor and control each alarm (we bought five). So convenient and we can know if anything is amiss from inside or outside our home.

No false alarms
This has been great, good peace of mind to be able to receive alerts when at work and my pets are at home. Love that I can see when there is a low battery instead of getting annoying chirps at night. Love that I can silence from my phone when they do go off. Easy to install and set up.

Iâm an insurance agent and know how important it is to have quality smoke detectors! We moved into a new house where my sonâs room is further away than our old house. I was having anxiety about if something happened, would I have enough warning to get him to safety? I did a ton of research and determined this is one of the best and most reliable brands of smart smoke detectors. They are worth every penny! I recommend them to clients too. The app was easy to install, just follow the directions. We have them in 3 areas of our home. As an expert on fire prevention, I highly recommend everyone have these throughout the house. I know there are cheaper brands, but this is not an item you want to skimp with on a bargain brand. Pay the extra money for this brand so you know itâs reliable. My company is actually doing a newsletter to recommend these exact smoke detectors.

Easy to install and setup
Delivered as expected. Easy to install in place of the old alarms that were removed. Easy to set up on the app. I canât find that you are able to test them through the app, it just monitors them.

They don’t interconnect. Very poor customer service.
Got the set of 3. One had a bad battery and the others were weak. Called customer service and got the run around. After 20 minutes of nonsense, the rep said they’d send me batteries. Later that evening I got an email from another rep with more run around (pictures, screenshots). Tried to call back but they were closed. Figured it wasn’t worth any more baloney so I just bought new batteries. Once they were up and running I finally realized that they didn’t function as expected.When one goes off, the others are silent. The only way to hear an alarm in a remote room is through the wonky app. So if you don’t have your phone turned on and by your side, you’ll never know if the alarm in the garage is going off. I thought the whole idea of interconnected smokes was for one to trip them all. Maybe I’m missing something but if you have 3 interconnected smoke alarms why wouldn’t you want all 3 to go off when one detects an alarm condition?Spent considerable time searching web and watching YouTube videos (instead of wasting time with X Sense customer service) only to realize this fact. I’m returning them to Amazon. Don’t waste your time with these. You can get interconnected name brand alarms and save a lot of frustration.

Sur le détecteur en lui même rien a dire, robuste et efficace, par contre les explications fournie avec sont mal expliqué pour pouvoir les interconnectés ensembles, pourtant très simple, il suffit d appuyer 4 fois rapidement sur le premier détecteur, 2 fois sur le deuxième et l interconnexion ce fait, ensuite appuyer 4 fois sur le deuxième detecteur et 2 fois sur le 3ème, et la connexion se fait simplement et ainsi de suite si vous en avez plusieurs.Déçu par contre pour la première fois du service clients amazon, qd je lai acheter il y avait 15 %de réduction et le jour suivant 22 % en vente flash , ce qui fait une différence de 20 euros ce qui n est pas négligeable, mais non pas été en mesure de régler cette différence, quand on sait que chez d’autres concurrents le problème ne se posent même pas et dont jai été remboursée de cette différence sans le moindre problème pour autre chose, alors la oui pour la première fois très déçu, et j’achète pourtant très régulièrement, le fait de me dire, on ne sait rien faire une fois que l article est envoyé n’est pas cohérent et que les prix varie tout le temps certe mais la moindre des choses est de trouver une satisfaction pour satisfaire le client. Ce ne sera peut-être pas publier et j’en suis désoler et ce n est pas le but non plus,mais on perd déjà assez de temps a vouloir justifier ce qui semble logique pour le consommateur. Conclusion déçu par le service Amazon cette fois. mais pas de la marchandise pour être clair.

Il kit rilevatori di fumo e monossido di carbonio sembra ben fatto, materiali buoni, design moderno e pulito che di adatta ad ogni ambiente. Per quanto riguarda la funzionalità per adesso va tutto bene ma è presto per dare un giudizio. L’oggetto è arrivato nei tempi previsti, ben imballato, con istruzioni non in italiano ma il venditore me le aveva inviate precedente dietro mia richiesta assieme alle certificazioni, quindi anche il venditore sembra molto serio e affidabile.Per adesso non posso fare altro che consigliare questo prodotto che costa un po’ più di altri ma sembra veramente di livello.

These are so eady to set up (although turning off when they go off was a bit of a drama because i needed a ladder!) Work really well (just don’t burn toast too often) Very easy to link to each other and easy to see the flashing light to show they are working. Would def recommend
