Looks like new
Couldn’t be happier! Everything looks like brand new. Nothing has a mark on it. Workes great. When I first plugged it in , it turned on but won’t play, I unplugged the cord waited a few seconds then plug it back in, it’s worked great ever since.

Refurbished Xbox 360
I understand this is refurbished, but everything should work on if you trying to sell. I received my package today and can not set it up because of the controller. What sell it and knowing itâs not working clearly not working. I felt like hunters. Need some money and try to do this by selling it. I will be sending it back

First Looks and what’s included
So after dealing with gamestop used and renewed products, my hopes wasn’thigh for this xbox. Opened the box to see everything individually wrapped in bubble wrap, after removing the wrapping I noticed the systems itself was in amazing condition for its age. No cracks or deep scratches, and no broken plastic trim pieces. Came with power inverter and cord, new Amazon basics hdmi cable, controler is used but tight enough for me, even 2 new AA batteries. What really surprised me is seeing a 250gb internal HDD already inside the system after seeing reviews stating theirs came without one. So far everything’s great the first day, so if you’re on the fence about buying used systems, just roll the dice and see what you get. Worst comes to worst it’s a POS or missing parts and you send it back.

A very good xbox console but it has a few problems…
I bought this xbox last year as a early birthday present to myself and it only took me a few minutes to get everything hooked up and get all my info on my xbox. I am bummed out cause i can’t hook this xbox up to my laptop(internet connection issues) cause i was gonna do some recordings of me play a few games. I noticed that a few of my games do tend to glitch every so often especially 1 game that i have no choice but to skip alot of cutscenes or my xbox will freeze up and after a few minutes of seeing if it will bounce back and me continue playing as usual it will stay frozen leaing me to unhook my xbox for a few minutes then rehook it and replay what i just did. A certain sound it makes when it is about to freeze/glitch up. I need to upgrade someday to an xbox one console but until that time i am stuck with this console.

No hard drive?!?!
There was no hard drive in the slot. Need a hard drive to play games. So why does it say 5GB when there is no hard drive for said 5TB? I deserve a refund or compensation if I have to buy my own hard drive. If you sell a product then make sure it lists everything in the box and everything else needed.

Did not come with needed plugs but works just fine….
The xbox worked fine after I ordered the cables to hook it up to HDMI and the charger wires for the controller, which did not come in the original order. The Xbox came with RCA jacks, which anyone with a smart tv knows will not work. Also, the controller battery was dead and it did not come with charging cables for the controller. I ordered the HDMI hookup and charging cables at an additional $40 and the Xbox now works just fine. Buyer beware, those cables are not included.
