Product might have been nice had it not been melted and leaked all over the jar?
I received the product yesterday (11/21/24) and thought something must be wrong as when I got the box it already smelledâ¦Smells good actually, but thatâs the only good thing about this. It looks like the jar had been laying on its side and inside the candle melted, and The wax also leaked out onto the sides. I only ordered it a couple of days ago, so this couldnât have happened in just a couple days. I wanted to leave the review for the seller in hopes of getting a replacement, but when I clicked on that title, this particular item did not show. Not sure what to do from here because I definitely want a replacement. I still gave it one star because the candles smells good.I wrote the above review and then notified Amazon. They responded so quickly I had a replacement candle the next day! And itâs lovely. I had bought it for my daughter to go with the candle warmer I got her as a gift. She loved it and the candle. Then I showed her the messed up one. She put it on the candle warmer, and it melted the candle back into the shape that it shouldâve been in and even the wick was there in the middle of the candle. So the messed up candle ended up looking pretty much like the brand new good one. Who knew.?âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Iâm very impressed with fast service in getting the replacement to me..just in time for Thanksgiving, and I was able to give it to my daughter as a birthday gift. Oh, and did I mention the candle smells really really goodâ£ï¸

This is always a perfect, welcomed gift that everyone loves, especially for friends who may not have a Christmas tree, or just want to enjoy that winter evergreen tree ambiance. I always order one for myself as well. Ordering through Amazon I can have the candle sent several states away without incurring the extra expense of shipping charges. Thatâs a plus!
