Smells like Christmas
Love this Yankee candle! I think Yankee candles are the best as far as scent goes. This balsam and cedar candle reminds me of Christmas. It just makes me smile when I smell it. And Yankee candles last a long time too. I prefer jar candles because they are so much neater and do not drip. Iâve never had any glass breakage with one. Just be sure to trim the wick to a quarter inch every time you light it.

Unexpected
So I bought this because I thought it would smell like a christmas tree. To me it doesn’t smell like a christmas tree but what I will say is that this is the first ever candle that to me smells like warmth and home. That was the only way I could think to describe it is warm. UPDATE so I decided today I was gonna just leave the lid off and since I have it smells more and more like christmas!

Yankee candles are the best, but I hate their original jars. They look so dated, like they belong in Grandmaâs house. The 22oz tumbler is a welcome change. The two-wick candle burns evenly across the top. To ensure this, on the first burn, allow the candle wax to liquify across the entire surface. Donât extinguish it before that, otherwise youâll never get an even burn.Trim wicks before each new burn & always burn long enough to liquify the entire surface. Youâll never have puddle burns, again.The fragrance of this candle is like a nice forest of fresh fir trees. ð² Itâs not too strong, but just right.This candle is unbeatable for the Christmas season.

Was happy to see that these candles were now available on Amazon as they are the best for scent and were no longer available in stores. They were a great value – large size at same price that the small ones used to be. Came well packaged and in good condition.The trick is to burn for at least a few hours the first burn so that wax melts across the jar for it to continue to burn evenly to the bottom when relit, otherwise it burns in the center only and wastes a lot of wax on the sides. Would recommend!
