Great Bang For Your Buck!! Recommend!
Iâve never owned one of these indoor bikes before, itâs a great alternative option to have when the weather outside isnât great and when you want to hit the home gym. Sturdy seat, sturdy handle bars, and quick setup. Great tension within the pedaling, you can decrease or increase resistance for speed. My only issue is the data reader machine couldâve been better quality.

Comparing to Cyclebar Schwinn Bikes
I have been a rider at the Cyclebar franchise for about six months. This review will compare the experience with those bikes to this one.During the stay at home orders for COVID-19, I obtained a Schwinn take-home bike from Cyclebar and really got to know the bike. That bike is retailed around $2,600.00, so there is a substantial price difference in the two. However, I will say I donât feel like the price difference should be THAT high, as this bike has a lot of great qualities.Assembly: Assembly is okay. I wouldnât say it was a great experience and I wouldnât say itâs an easy experience. The directions are clear and straight to the point. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble the bike by myself. Iâve never had to assemble a Schwinn, so I cannot comment on the matter. The ride: I want to first start out by saying the experience is going to be what you make it. Clearly working out at home will be different to working out in studio. Itâs up to you to motivate yourself as you donât have an instructor guiding you along the way. If youâre concerned about not pushing yourself at home, Iâd recommend a workout program along with the bike. The handlebars: The Schwinn s handlebars are very different than these. This bikeâs handlebars come in at the top, making the hand position a little odd for out of the saddle work. You can still make it work, but it does take adjusting. The seat: The Schwinnâs seat is significantly slimmer than this bikeâs. Donât let that fool you, youâre likely to still have a sore bottom until you get use to the rides. The sound: This bike blows Schwinn out of the water with how quiet it is. Itâs GREAT for apartments and even households who try to keep the noise to a minimum. No one can tell Iâm riding the bike, thatâs how quiet it is. Really surprised me with that one!The adjustability: Schwinn hands down has more adjustability than this bike. Iâm 5â4â and I truly wonder how many people much taller than 5â8â would be able to ride comfortably. I find myself wanting to adjust my seat in between two adjustment options. I donât find it effecting my form as much as I thought. I might just be Schwinn spoiled, but it is something to note. I have a history with knee and hip injuries and this is something I really plan to keep a close eye on. Form is extremely important with these rides. If you buy the bike and feel like your compromising form, I recommend returning it. The seat is adjustable up/down and forward/backward. Whereas the handlebars are only adjustable up/down. This gives you less customization to your bike/ride.The resistance: The resistance knob is cheaper feeling but it gets the same job done. The bikes are definitely different. I can tell a difference with way theyâre designed, but it isnât making me not want to use it. I just have to be mindful of body placement and adjust accordingly. I do find this bike to feel less sturdy when out of the saddle, but I donât foresee anything happening because of it. The bikes are just made from a different material.Overall, I enjoy this bike and think it is worth the money. Those are just some differences I noticed within the first week of riding, and I wanted to nit-pick it for you in hopes it would he helpful. Iâd recommend this product.

A much better bike than I anticipated
I’m so glad I decided to get this bike. Like others, I got this bike because I don’t have access to a gym due to covid. I spent a good amount of time trying to decide what to get, but ultimately I choose this bike because of the reviews. I’m not an avid biker, I don’t do SoulCycle or any take any other type of spin class, but it was important for me to have access to something that will provide a high intensity workout. I’m also in an upstairs apartment, so it was also important for me to have something that’s quiet.I purchased the bike on a Sunday and it arrived that Friday, as it said it would. I was a little worried since it wasn’t shipped until that Wednesday, but it arrived on time (via UPS) as it said it would. They even brought it up a flight of stairs (thank god). Based on another’s recommendation, we kept the box upright when taking the bike out. I didn’t want to tear the box open, but ended up doing so, because it was the easiest way to remove the bike and keep it upright. It didn’t take very long to put together, but directions are written by someone who clearly is not a native English speaker. The numbers in the directions also don’t align with the parts, so I suggest just referring to the pictures and using common sense. There should be some pieces left over once your done – a screw, a washer, and a bolt, I believe. I was able to ride it with no problem, and easily broke a sweat on a higher intensity. So far I’ve ridden it twice for 45 minutes each time. The seat will hurt, but once you find a way to sit, I think you should get used to it.Pros:- Quiet- Provides a very good, intense workout- Easy to assemble (I recommend having someone help you put the base ends on if you can)- Easy to maneuver (it’s heavy at first, but once the bike is fully together, it’s much easier to move around. In one pic, I am lifting it with one hand)- My 10″ fire tablet fits in the iPad holder (you can move the digital monitor to the side, if necessary)- Compact- SturdyCon(s):(- I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a con – I just wish I had somewhere to sit my phone, like a cup holder)- I’ve noticed that if the intensity is very low, the wheel will squeak. It’s not a loud squeak at the moment, but if anything changes, I will update.Overall, I’m very happy with this bike. I just hope it lasts. 🙂 6-22-20
