Great quality, sturdy, effective
I ordered this vest to up my walking sessions. I am 5’4″ and about 135 pounds. I ordered 16 pounds which I thought was probably the max for me. It’s just about right. Any heavier I think would be a bit much especially in the summer heat. My average heart rate for the same course was 103 without it and 110 with it. It’s balanced very well so, while it does cause a little more stress it’s balanced correctly. I got black and I think it looks pretty cool. It’s soft and doesn’t rub or dig even with my tank top. I think it’s a great vest and a great price point. There’s something about it too like a weighted blanket. When I put it on, I feel secure. Going to get one for my husband too.

Love! So comfortable!
Love love love this weighted vest. It is so soft, flexible, and made very well. Moves with your body. Iâm large chested and still fits comfortably over my chest because of the adjustable straps. Can wear all day comfortably although it isnât recommended to do so. Helps me keep good posture as well. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great balance and phone holder
Bought this a number of months ago for walking/running long distance when I wanted to add some strain to the activity. The vest itself is super comfortable (wear it for about 2 hours tops, can’t speak for longer than that) and the phone holder is the primary reason why I chose this specific one. Got it in the 20lbs model and it is all of that. The only mild complaint I have is that it is not super super tight around the abdomen so if you plan to exclusively run with it, i’d go with more of a plate carrier style. I found that if I hold it down with my hands while running it stays in place great, but isn’t perfectly ideal. More than anything though, I’d highly recommend it for a solid deal of a weighted vest, just MAKE SURE to let it air out for a couple days when you get it because it smells pretty strongly.

THIS IS THE BEST VEST!
I looked at several vests and I am so glad I chose this one. It is absolutely PERFECT: the weight is evenly distributed (itâs filled with sand I think, and is a great alternative to hard, flat weight plates), itâs super comfortable, soft, and padded, and the adjustable strap keeps it from shifting.

Fits Well and Distribute weight evenly
I just got this 25lb Vest, It’s pretty heavy, but I have lost about 30lbs, and is eye opening that I was carrying this weight around before. Im 5″10 and 185lbs currently, with a goal to lose another 15lb.I wanted a weighted vest to ruck in, and also use while on dog walks, as I typically walks dogs 3 times a day. I also have been doing some running and walking with a couple friends who are out of shape, and want some added difficulty as I am slowing down too much at their pace, I tried a run in it, it bounces a bit on the shoulders so I am not sure it is great for that, but is comfortable walking with and It helps with posture too.I have the adjustable straps on the tightest it would go so there is a decent enough room to expand for a bigger person, though it might be a bit loose on someone smaller.I chose this one over others as I wanted one that carried the weight over my chest/shoulders/upper back rather than others that have the weight carried around stomach and lower back.Overall so far so good! Seems like good quality and good price overall, worth it.

Great quality vest. Fits well for women, but may be uncomfortable if you have a large chest. The adjustable strap goes across the stomach. The weights are evenly distributed and fit comfortably, even at 30lbs.

Gran elección de chaleco si quieres iniciar a correr con peso, estéticamente se ve lindo, trae un espacio para el teléfono y en la parte de atrás una âredâ para llaves y el relleno del peso es como de âarenaâ entonces no hace tanto ruido al correr. El único contra es que si corres con una blusa de tela delgada lastima la zona del hombro (por la fricción) pero se soluciona corriendo con sudadera.
