Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior IoT Hardware Developer to join our team with 5+ years of experience. As an IoT Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our devices for our innovative agricultural technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure the integration of our products and contribute to the advancement of precision agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on R&D and design of new IoT devices.
• Define and execute comprehensive test plans to validate and optimize the performance of the product under various environmental conditions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements in the field Agriculture IoT products, and apply that knowledge to improve device design and performance.
• Collaborate with the product development team to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmap for soil sensing technologies.
• Document design specifications, test results, and technical reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and product improvement.
• Testing documentation.
• Troubleshooting hardware problems.
• Device manual and catalog documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ECE, EE and Instrumentation or a related field.
• Proficiency in IoT product design, schematics and BOM.
• Proficiency in writing firmware code.
• Experience with hardware integration and testing.
• Having good knowledge in analog and digital circuitry, and signal processing techniques.
• Familiarity with precision agriculture concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross- functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
