Job Expectations
- Gross Profit: MBO Setting Vs Achievement tracking on monthly basis
- Sales Revenue: MBO Setting, Forecasting Vs Achievement tracking on weekly basis
- Supplier Backlog: Maintain healthy backlog to achieve MBO
- Inventory: Weekly tracking to maintain aging <60 days
- Design Funnel: Drive demand creation & design activities with the team and maintain healthy opportunities pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Go-To-Market: Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies for new and existing products, including product positioning, by evaluation of the supplier’s price, product range, and technology and market footprint.
- Market & Competition: Conduct Market research and Competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and develop strategies to address them
- Cross-functional Team work: Works in conjunction, and close collaboration, with the Asset, regional FAEs and Sales teams.
Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on semiconductors or related industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and customer base
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in FPGA products is a plus.
