Your Role
- Provide 2nd Level Support for automated industrial X-ray systems to our global field service organization and end customers
- Analyze and resolve technical issues of time-critical inline machines
- Guide on-site service staff during troubleshooting and correction of defects
- Provide on-site service/support in escalation cases
- Document technical issues and act as interface towards Field Service, R&D and Product Management to improve product and service quality
Your Profile
- Experienced automation and service engineer (3+ years) with a degree in automation technology, robotics, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
- Knowledge in PLC programming (e.g. Beckhoff, Siemens)
- Knowledge in robot usage and robot programming (e.g. KUKA, Fanuc)
- Technical experience with X-Ray and X-Ray systems would be beneficial
- Metrology know-how would be beneficial
- Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to also work in night and weekend shifts
- Exceptional motivation and drive to support global field service organization and end customers
