This advanced wire splicing system is specifically designed to streamline and standardise wire connections in aviation and defense applications, offering a faster, more reliable alternative to traditional manual splicing methods. Built to meet and exceed the stringent MIL-DTL-24308 military specifications, AeroSplice simplifies the complex and often error-prone process of wire splicing while enhancing both speed and consistency.

It introduces a snap-in, snap-off mechanism that enables secure wire connections to be completed in seconds, eliminating the time-intensive practices associated with conventional splicing techniques. This breakthrough design reduces both installation and inspection time by more than 60%, offering significant efficiency gains for industries where precision, reliability, and space are critical. Beyond its time-saving benefits, AeroSplice’s reconnectable design with removable crimp contacts allows for straightforward maintenance and easy field repairs, helping to minimize downtime in mission-critical environments.

It also supports aerospace manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. It is available now in quantities of 50 for one-way and 20 for four-way configurations.
