This product delivers an unprecedented sequential read and write speed of 14.5GB/s, setting a new benchmark for high-performance storage.

In addition, the PS5031-E31T PCIe Gen5 SSD controller takes the spotlight as the world’s first DRAM-less PCIe Gen5 SSD controller, offering over 10GB/s performance while providing a cost-effective solution for consumers seeking high-speed storage. Phison is also showcasing its Pascari D205V Enterprise SSD, which holds the title of the world’s highest-capacity PCIe Gen5 enterprise SSD with an astonishing 122.88TB of storage and speeds up to 14,600 MB/s for read and 3,200 MB/s for write operations.

For portable devices, the company introduces the PS2251-21 U21 USB4 SoC, the world’s first native USB4 System on Chip, providing up to 4GB/s sequential read/write speeds, offering a low-power, high-performance solution in compact form factors.
